DISGUSTING FOOD AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. If I can give 0 stars I would. The 1st time we tried this place they screwed up our order and refused to refund us the order when we had to drive back and get the correct order. So we try to give this place a second try, I ordered the chicken fried rice, because you can't screw that up. Well this place proved me wrong. I have never had BLACK Chicken fried rice, will try and post picture, and the chicken was still pink and raw. Frustrated again we called and asked why it looked that way. They said it was the "sauce". It looks nothing like the picture they have posted on their wall and never in my life have I had black chicken fried rice. We said we wanted a full refund for entire order for having to drive backup there. They said they would only refund us the chicken fried rice if we brought it back not if they made us new. That does not reimburse us for gas and time for having to go back up there now for a second time. DISGUSTING FOOD AND...

I've been coming to this place since I was 11 years old with my father. I now have been coming 10 years with my own family. I spend between 150 to 200 each time as we are a big family. I've watched the people working there children's grow up and they know me by name. Tonight I made an order and someone(older woman) told me if I did not give her my cc over rthe phone I couldn't place an order. I was getting ready to drive with my kiddos and didn't wanna miss them before they closed. She argued and told me it's so simple to pay ahead what are you stupid? I have never been so furious in my life. I've spent thousands over my life thereand to be disrespected in this way is heartbreaking. I would not recommend giving ur card over the phone to someone who barely can speak English 🙄. You cannot force someone to pay you over the phone when they were bringing cash to pay for there order....

Honestly if I could leave 0 stars I would. We moved out here 5 years ago and the first time we had it, it wasn't too bad. Since then it has gotten worse and worse and tonight was my last straw. I NEVER leave reviews but this one is needed, the food is sooo bad that it tastes like they haven't changed their grease they cook in for legit 5 years. I usually get the same order lo mein crab rangoon sweet and sour chicken but about a year or 2 ago I had to stop with the lo mein because it was that bad. Tonight I was craving crab rangoon and thought ok let's do it, worst decision ever. Not only do I feel like I just ate 20,000 McDonald's burgers that were 20 years old but I literally just made myself throw up to get the dumpster fire they call food out of my body, absolutely...
