Trax Pizza — Restaurant in Winfield

Wow!!! We are super amazed at the quality of pizza that came from Trax! To be honest, I'm a little annoyed I didn't stop sooner!

To treat my family on a Friday, I ordered Trax' Weekend special - A 4 topping large pizza, an order of toasted ravioli, a salad with dressing, and a 2 liter soda of choice for less than $30. We ordered carry out. First off! It's incredibly hard in the current economy to feed a family of 4 for under $30! Thank you, Trax!!! As soon as I walked into the restaurant to pick up our order, the aroma made my mouth water. It did take a few minutes longer than expected, but it was a very busy Friday evening. So if time is an issue, I would keep that in mind. Although the employees were young adults, they were polite and professional. The pizza was absolutely delicious, reminded me of Imos of times' past... The crust was the perfect crunch as you expect from a STL style thin crust and very delectable provel cheese on top. There wasn't as many toppings as we would have liked, but it was cooked to perfection with no complaints here! I barely got photos in before we finished. 😅 My daughter said the t-ravs were also perfectly cooked. We didn't have room for the salad, so we finished that the next day and I honestly cannot thank Trax enough for having such a FRESH, HEALTHY salad available in Lincoln County!!! Not a bit of iceberg!!! Which around L.C. is almost unheard of! I would 15/10 recommend if you like STL style pizza! We are excited to come back and dine in. Enjoy! 🍕🤤😋

I’m giving this a one star. I ordered Pizza, Toasted ravs, a salad with ranch and paid for extra ranch.

I never really have good service here, anytime I come in the girls working there always seem to have some attitude. Not to mention how greedy this place is based off this issue, is petty.

To the issue, my Toasted raviolis - Half of them had nothing in them, literally no filling, it was just the ravioli breading… which is sad. And then there’s the salad. They got the salad wrong, I ordered no tomatoes and no onions, they gave me the salad with both on it. I had to take that back.. I also ordered ranch with it, and extra ranch, they didn’t give me any when I showed up. So paying for ranch and extra, not receiving any is kinda upsetting. Took to the live chat to let them know the issue, the restaurant would offer a refund for half off on the ravs, but not refund the ranch they never gave me. Which is ridiculous… paying for something and not receiving it at all, and they’re too greedy to do a refund for something they never gave me in the first place.

Shall see how their service is in the future hopefully it’s not as...

Just had dinner at Trax and was honestly pretty blown away with the whole experience. Food was phenomenal. We had a pulled pork pizza, and sweet chili chicken wings. The cook (John) made the food so well. The wings were plump, crispy and so juicy. Absolutely packed with flavor. The cook came out and asked if we'd like to try their honey sirracha sauce, and that it's housemade. Great decision as that sauce was amazing as well. The pizza ...wow. I love thin crust, but sometimes pizza gets floppy when there is lots of toppings. Thid was not the case, the crust remained crispy and delicious even though the pizza was loaded up so much. There was tons of delish provel cheese (like a nice thick layer) and toppings in every bite. Every bite was bursting with cheese, pork, bacon, ham, onions. Like I didn't miss a thing and their ranch conplimented the pizza so well! I will definitely be returning, and can't wait to try more if the menu. This place is def a local treasure. The cook knocked it out of the park and the waitress was nice too....
