The fries was very good season well but the buffalo chicken was not fried hard and barley any buffalo sauce.! The waiter did not make sure me and my guest was taken care of. She did not come and check and see if I needed anything. She also was on her phone and talking on her phone. Not to mention she gave me someone else’s order. I spent about 15 dollars. She also told me I had to get up and order at the bar for drinks and to look at the drinks at the bar. This was never a high-class Society upper-class type of place. It was called The Little Dipper it was just your local little bar where you go get a cold beer. Since the movement of others from other states into the East Saint Paul rental districts the clientele has changed quite a bit. December 6th 2022 just last night a man was killed outside of this bar by the police. My brothers works here as security. During the day it is a great place to go and watch the football game. They have several flatscreens as well as a projector that they use. At night it can sometimes be a little rowdy but also a fun time if your with friends or loved ones. It all really depends on the kind of environment that you are accustomed to. Try it at least once.
