Subway — Restaurant in Saint Paul

Headed to the single stall bathroom first thing and opened the door to see a woman shooting herself up with drugs. Told an employee on my way to the counter and she said thank you, and proceeded back to the bathrooms. The employee came back to me a couple mins later, saying that I could just use the men's room, as that is what she had done....um, no, I was more concerned about someone doing IV DRUGS IN YOUR BATHROOM! The reason i went that day was that they had a special going, and I specifically asked an employee if a particular sub qualified, and he said yes and made my sandwich. Once I got to the cash register, the lady was rude and overcharged me, saying that, despite what the other employee said, that sandwich didnt quality for the deal. As I was paying, the bathroom shooter hovered by the door and left right after me, thanking me several times, as she must've thought that I didnt report her. I left in such disgust that i forgot my drink, and I remembered around the corner so I went back. The cashier ignored me for a good minute or so and when I finally told her she forgot to give me my cup, she just pointed down to the cup dispenser, and told me I forgot it. When she saw it was empty, she sighed emphatically and dramatically left to retrieve a new sleeve of cups. When she got back, not only did she not apologize, she didn't even hand me a cup, rather she made me wait while she refilled the dispenser and I had to get my own. I got home and started eating my sandwich, thinking that at least the sandwich tasted good.....until I saw a sticker on the skin of one of the sliced cucumbers! Wondered what else they had missed, like washing the veggies or their hands, and I couldn't even finish my overpriced, sorry excuse for a meal. I REFUSE to ever set foot in that restaurant again, and I am always a person who gives others way too...

Usually I'm happy with the service here over other locations. But tonight just now there's a "new person" with her pants sagging at work and around food! Really? So I said something about it being inappropriate around food. Then I repeated myself 3 different times and she took out one bread and just stood there, didn't say anything. Mind you 3 people working including a m"so called" manager. No greeting whatsoever. The manager had the nerve to ow mad at me because I am irritated now. Manager has an attitude when she tells me the younger girl who's sagging is new. I told her that I had repeated myself over and over. The manager was arguing instead of using customer service. She acted like we were on the street. I told her the customers right. Manager said, and I quote, "not in my book".

It was 8:30pm. If I hadn't promised my 5yr old neice who was with me at the time, that she could get subway. I'm so angry right now. Fire the whole crew that worked tonight. Very unprofessional. I hate bad...

Small issue but annoying enough to give them 1 star I recommend never going to this subway.

July 13th, 11:20’ish am / location decided to reinitialize their point of sale system having customers wait while their food got cold... okay okay, no big deal.

I wait, then it turns out the owner didn’t change their featured sandwich deal and at the register they wanted 2 dollars more from me after having me wait and it was becomes they advertised false information.

I literally said no, I’m not giving you extra money, the price is there, they false advertise their prices and at the register do not honor their prices listed when you walk in. Yes it’s a small thing in many regards, but as for community building goes, this places doesn’t care about their customers enough to honor the law and their own prices. They in fact stole my time and they didn’t care about their error! Time to prove other businesses are...
