Mike & his son Nick are amazing to work with! Their knowledge on wine is unsurpassed any store I’ve visited. Being a second generation small business owner I know the time, effort and sacrifices you must make to stay relevant in these changing times and have relationships with each & every customer. I want to make sure it’s known they are the best! Best in service, selection, pricing, remembering customers and always with a smile. I went to Thomas because I heard they have very good variety and selection, namely because I was looking for one thing: Japanese Sake. All of their sake was in two coolers (except a few for cooking) and was imported (no domestics), and the store associate was very helpful in describing what was popular. Being new to sake, this was very helpful. The store is a bit cramped, which is why I took off a point for appeal, but they clearly have very good selection and their associates are very knowledgeable about the stuff they carry- if they don't know much about something specific, they know what sells most. I was very impressed and will be going back again sometime to look at...

Had an unfortunate incident happen when buying some liqour here. I called in to express my concern and while the initial reaction to my concern was handled a little oddly Thomas liqour overcame at a superior level. As a 20+ year customer and neighborhood resident I must say that they handled themselves to the utmost highest level of a small family and neighborhood business who truly cares about their patrons. Which is Something that seems to be lost these days. I applaud them, and they not only earned my continued business, but my advocacy to friends and neighbors to patron their business as well.
