I would give MINUS1000 stars if I could! Today my co-worker/friends and I attempted to have lunch at Cooper's Pub and Grill as we were in town for training. The 9 of us arrived around 11:20 a.m. There was one other table of 4 people besides us in the place. We were seated and the waitress took our drink order. Another waitress brought our drinks at which time one of my friends asked what the soup of the day was to which the waitress replied "It's my 1st day, I don't know." Our waitress then returned and took our order at no time mentioning that the restaurant prefers parties of 8 or more to have a reservation. Other people arrived after we did and we saw them getting their food before we did. At no time did our waitress return to check on us or give us an update on our order or to see if we needed anything. After almost an hour we asked for our orders to be put in To go containers as we needed to get back to training. The waitress got very rude about this now mentioning reservations. We were charged a fee for "to-go" orders plus an 18% tip. We asked to speak to the manager who was also rude and offered to take the "to-go" fee off. We were more than willing to pay for our food but expecting a tip and charging a "to-go" fee was a bit much...the service was horrible and we had to take our food to go as we had to get back for training. Upon leaving the pub other co-workers told us that our waitress complained to her table about us saying she had a "table full of Karen's." Aside from the Bartender, who was super sweet and helpful, the service was DISGRACEFUL and the waitress, her helper and the manager should be ashamed...
Read moreI had an unbelievable experience today with my children and my handicapped mother. We'll never be back. This snarky server with her $200 nails gave chicken wings away right in front of us. I literally heard the order being placed and the people got their wings in five minutes. Ours took 40. I had to go bother the bartender to get my son's mac and cheese after the wings were gone. The wings were served with no plates to share. Patty melt came out 1:15 after ordering it. Plopped on the table with no ketchup. And like the plates for the wings the server never checked on us...
I sent my mother away with my two children while I waited 20 minutes for a bill. It was charging me for three more sauces than we ordered. Took her 10 minutes to correct that she "admitted" that "somebody" must have pushed the wrong button.
To reiterate we were there as a party of four with my handicap mother and my two children under 10 our order was very simple. We got our pretzel bites last!
Like WTH!? 1.5 hours after ordering!?
When I was going to ask about the plates she said she would be alright with me. I saw her get beers and refilled waters and bring out two checks and take another order.
By that time my pile of chicken bones was on the table.
There's other places to eat and this will no longer be receiving money from my family when we venture out together. #disgusted She didn't even fix the sauces dilemma. Three separate times I got snapped at trying to explain... And, in "admitting" her fault she still didn't resolve the problem on the freaking bill! I'm usually a minimum 20% tipper and this is the first time I ever...
Read moreI'm not a 5 stars across the board but I was so very pleased with this pub food, service and atmosphere that 5 stars is well deserved.
Made the plunge that I usually regret and ordered a "burger". Remember the "Grand Teton Burger" because you absolutely MUST try this. I did ask that it be cooked medium rare and it was perfect. A juicy pub burger, what a novelty which is why I was so pleasantly surprised. The bacon - oh YES! bacon, yummy bacon, grilled onions and jalapenos make this an exceptionally outstanding burger. I want another now just thinking about it. The burger was big, the bun was soft and the ingredients were plentiful.
Now let's hop on the French Fries band wagon. How can they make a FF that is crunchy on the outside and like a soft pillowy cloud on the inside 🤔. I do not know but I've seriously never had such a delightful and scrumptious French Fry. Do not pass these up.
A twist to Cole Slaw for sure was this delightful slaw with pineapple. Great combo. Just go hungry because you have to order the slaw too.
My friend ordered the cheeseburger and said it was very good.
It was quiet enough to have a conversation and the service was great. The food came out timely and piping hot. Tori our serving was on the ball and Alexa was also right there to keep everything running great.
Great food, great service and a clean enjoyable pub. I will...
