Placed an order using my Pizza Hut towards a few nights ago after a bad storm knocked out power to my area. The Jungermann pizza hut site showed it was still open. No food ever arrived. I called in and was advised to wait a few more minutes. I did. Then called back and was told they had lost the order. I drove in and spoke to manager Stacy who had no dough for that night. She offered me free wings, which I declined. I understood that these things happen and that it had been a rough day for her and for their store. She made it right with by applying a credit for $30 on my account for dinner at a later date. Today I called in to place that order and the gentleman who took the call said there was no such credit. He did his best to speak over me and not listen when I tried explaining that there are two different accounts under my name and that the credit was on the other one. (Two accounts because I have moved twice since moving to Missouri. Both names and phone numbers the same.) I canceled the phone order and drove down in person. The same man again shouted me down and said that if there was any credit that I had already used it. Which I had not. After a lengthy consult with another worker he finally looked up the other account where lo and behold the credit was! I am usually a reasonable person, and Stacy will tell you I wasn't here raising any fuss and would not even accept the offer of free food. I just want to be heard without being shouted over when I place an order. I have been offered the same $30 credit back because of the 'difficulty' but am not inclined to visit this...
Read morePlaced my order for pickup since delivery would have taken an hour. Didn’t want to wait that long cause my grandkids were already swinging from the ceiling fan and were starving. I could do a pickup in 15 minutes. Of course that’s only if the guy taking the orders can speak a little English. No problem, I’m all about patience. It did take about three times as long to place the order but it was actually kind of funny. The funny stopped when I got to the branch that I called and that had no record of the order. They suggested I call the next closest branch. They also told me they had no record of the order and couldn’t track it from my phone number. When I told him the guy that I ordered from was confused he said “oh, you must have talked to our call center. You should tell the branch you’re sitting at to place the order”. BETTER idea. Call Salvatore’s across the street( which I should have done to begin with, but you know how grandkids are). Problem solved. 15 minutes for a couple better pizzas and an ice cold bud light draft. 1 ⭐️ Pizza Hut. 5 ⭐️...
Read moreAbsolutely Disgusting Experience!
I can’t believe how terrible our pizza from Pizza Hut was. The sausage was slimy, stinky, and completely disgusting. It didn’t taste like anything I’ve ever had before, and the smell was unbearable. The other topping didn’t even belong on the pizza—it was rubbery and equally awful.
This isn't the first time we've had terrible experiences at this location. We've given it multiple chances, but it’s always bad. I called to complain, and they offered a store credit (which I absolutely refused) or to send a new pizza (again, no thank you). Both toppings were terrible, and the pizza reeked.
Because of them, we won't even eat at another Pizza Hut for the rest of our lives. Such a shame. Just stay far away from this place—definitely the worst pizza experience...
