The only reason I'm giving two stars is because it was clean but the whole experience was down right stressful. There was myself, my husband, my daughter, and one lady behind us but the owner and two other employees were frantically running around like there was a huge line, making us feel extremely rushed. When we got to the register my husband realized they over charged us by 2 dollars. We ordered an American club with no ham and for some reason they translated that into a turkey sub with extra bacon and overcharged us without saying anything. They proceeded to argue with us over it for several mins in front of the other customers to the point where I took my daughter outside to wait for my husband. It was extremely unprofessional and embarrassing. If all of that wasn't bad enough, we got home only to realize the club sandwich they so adamantly argued with us about, was made wrong....😳 We took it back and they corrected it but after all of that I think it's safe to say that this will be our first and last time coming here.Theres another subway on mexico road, right around the corner that never...
Read moreOrdered my food on the app and tried to pick it up when it said it was done, the order was not even started. I went in and waited an extra 10 minutes for my food because the lady working never started the order (only one sandwich) when I ordered 30 mins prior. The lady asked me something and because she was wearing a mask and had a thick accent I couldn’t hear nor understand what she was saying. I asked her if she could repeat herself so I could hear her and she immediately gave me attitude and rolled her eyes at me. The store wasn’t busy, there was only two customers inside, there’s no reason for the lady to not do her job and give attitude to customers when they are being pleasant. Read moreUpdate December 16 2024: I tried to give this place another chance but unfortunately I ran into the same issue again with the same young employee in the afternoon. This time she was using the register and took half of her glove off but then she started touching all the receipts with the other hand that still had a glove on. I confronted her about it when she went back to making my food and she refused to change her gloves, I then left. I'm surprised she hasn't been fired yet. I also reported the subway to the local health department since this employee is going to get someone really sick.
Update August 2024: avoid this location during the evening hours because there's a new young employee that doesn't change her gloves after touching the register and has to be told to warm up frozen veggie patties longer...
