Im a doordash delivery driver. I do it full time so I serve here a lot. First i'll start off with everytime i walk in there for an order they are yelling at eachother with an accasional throwing sounds in the back. I've always turned an eye because its not my business, but when you treat the drivers with no respect and waste my time, its hard not too. For those who care, I got here and waited 4 minutes. I clocked it on my time, because everytime i get there, they make me wait 10-15 minutes, and thats being considerate. I walk in their after waiting 4 minutes, and i tell him the order im picking up. I tell him and he gets mad at me and tells me to leave because "i took to long, and he would rather pay another driver to get the oder," so he thinks its a better idea for his customers to get a new driver, so hes letting your guys' food sit longer. Keep in mind i deliver 12 hours a day and have a 4.9 star rating with 100% acceptance and satisfied customer rate. Ive delivered nearly 1,000 orders in the st. Charles area, and have never been treated this poorly by anyone. So if you folks are wanting to support small business folks that dont care about their customers or delivery drivers, this is the place to go. Smells decent inside but if i could take a bet on if the gentleman/owner accasionally spits in food out of spite every so often and taking anger out on everyone else, i would. This would be the place I'd put my money on to give you exceptional service in that department. If i could rate it a 0, It would fit...
Read moreWe came in hoping that there would be another option for good Mediterranean in our area and were greatly disappointed.
Our self described "undertrained" waitress tried her best but since she was new, she didn't stand a chance at properly informing us that our food will take about 30 mins on a slow night to come out of the kitchen.
The Greek salad came out first and it was bad...pale tomatoes & lettuce drenched in an oily mess. Tasted nothing like a Greek salad. Feta cheese on it was tasteless and spongy.
Then came the falafels which were a bit over cooked (fried). The sauce served with them was a mysterious Dijon-Mayo-Tzatziki that was strangely sweet and did not work at all to compliment the falafels.
The schwarma I ordered came out as kebobs (was informed that it was basically shwarma on a stick) was way over spiced with some sort of dried out coriander and the rice next to it was nothing special.
The hummus was probably the worst part simply due to the fact that the only thing you could taste was the insane amount of garlic in there. Enough to kill an army of vampires for sure...
Also...expect to see only the color of blue for an hour after you leave because someone thought that an all orange dining room lighting experience would be...
Read moreMy boyfriend and I decided to give this place a try for lunch recently. We ended up being the first people there for lunch. We ended up waiting for a few minutes before someone even greeted us. After we were set at a table, we didn't see the waitress until several minutes later, but we could hear her talking on her phone. She finally came and got our drink orders from us and my boyfriend got an appetizer. More people had started coming in at the point and the waitress seemed to neglect us more and more. The waitress gave bread to other tables, but not to us. She did not bother to offer to refill our drinks but maybe only a couple times. When she brought our pizza out to us, she offered to bring us Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes. 10 minutes went by and she still hadn't brought us the cheese or red pepper flakes. My boyfriend had to ask her again for it and she was somewhat rude about it. Both me and my boyfriend had noticed that she was friendlier to other customers (customers older than the both of us), so we felt she was rude to us because of the fact we are young adults and assumed we would be cheap or wouldn't tip well, which is far from the truth. It was our first time eating there and due to this experience, we won't be...
