Be careful if you order delivery. They will cancel the order and still charge you! The store doesn’t have a direct number, but I immediately called corporate when the charge posted. The woman I spoke to told me she’d pass my information on and someone would call me. Never happened. Someone finally texted me, said they were looking in to it, and they would follow-up the next day. Never heard from them again. I reached out via Facebook messenger and they told me to email someone. Yeah, no. I disputed the charge with my bank and they are taking care of it. Totally ridiculous that I was ever charged in the first place when Charley’s is the one that canceled the order. And just to clarify, the order was placed through the Charley’s app; it wasn’t placed through a third party like Grub Hub or Door Dash.

My wife and I met another couple here for lunch we have four kids between us. Our waitress, though kind, was very slow and at times unprofessional and inappropriate. She took out drink order, and then disappeared for 15 minutes. When she returned she said: “sorry I had to pee so bad! I didn’t want to be doing the pee dance while taking your order”. It was very hit and miss service wise and difficult to communicate with her. We attempted to waive her down several times but she would just keep walking. We waited probably 45 min for our food. It took us 2.5 hours total to be seated and eat. We left 10 min after we were done eating. The food was 5-10 as far as quality. We used to love it...

$35.00 for two regular sized sandwiches and two small fries. Could not understand the lady at the register and she evidently could not understand us. Sandwiches were made wrong and they refused to fix them. We paid for a side if Ranch and did not get it. When I asked for it they told me that I didn't pay for it. I showed it to them on my receipt and they just shrugged their shoulders and walked away. French Fries were not cooked thoroughly. Only thing that was somewhat right were the drinks. Except we asked for very light ice instead we got the cups packed with ice and very little Coke and Lemonade. Sadly we drove 25 minutes to go to the mall specifically for Charley's....
