I recently visited Hood’s Home Center for a remodel project, and I can’t say enough about how incredible my experience was, thanks entirely to Mani. I was on the hunt for the perfect luxury vinyl plank flooring and feeling a bit overwhelmed with all the options, but Mani stepped in and made the process an absolute breeze. He took the time to really listen to what I was envisioning, guiding me toward a clean gray-brown color that turned out to be the perfect fit for my space. The unit looks stunning now, and it’s all because of his expertise and patience. Mani’s attention to detail, genuine care, and willingness to go above and beyond truly made a difference, I felt so supported every step of the way. A huge, heartfelt THANK YOU to Mani for all his help; he’s a gem, and Hood’s is lucky to have him. We are doing a kitchen remodel and ordered our cabinets from hoods. We waited 3 months for the cabinets just for them to be completely wrong. When calling they said oh yea I see where it was entered wrong not sure how it happened. So we had to wait another 3 weeks almost 4 for the “correct” cabinets to be delivered. We finally get them and 3 are broken and one is totally a different cabinet. We have been without our kitchen since January. We are a family of 4 and it makes life very difficult. They offered to pay for expediting the first correction but Nothing more. We planned on buying our backsplash and several other things to finish our kitchen but after this stressful situation I won’t be shopping...
