Subway — Restaurant in Saint Robert

My brother ordered food online from the Subway in the Road Ranger in Saint Robert, Mo. When he got there the lady said she never got the order and made him pay for it again, and gave him an attitude.(even though we paid online and showed her the proof of purchase.) When he told her our order she put all the meat in the heater at the same time so when we ate our sandwiches, They were so cold it was like they came right out of the cooler. We ordered the Steak and cheese. So I know it was suppose to be hot. (Mind you that was three 6in sandwiches and the meat for the wrap) We WILL be contacting the DM about being charged twice for one of the worst meals we have ever experienced at any Subway ever and her atttiude!!! We will NEVER eat there again. They were also out of a lot of ingredients. I do not recommend this...

We will not be coming back to this subway. Very rude employees. We paid for 3 meals and the girl was only going to give my boyfriend a cup for his meal and not give me or my daughter our cups. She then tried to give us medium when we paid for larger. Then she gave him his cookies and when I told her what kind my daughter wanted she got all mouthy and would not give us either mine or my daughters cookies. We went into the store part to see who we would need to talk to about the rude employees at subway the lady that we talked to was the shift manager she gave us cookies from the store and was going to deal with the rude female. I will be getting a hold of the manager of Road Ranger to find out who I need to talk to at Subway...

Understaffed and the sandwich kid charged me for a foot long when he made me the six inch I ordered. Then when I was trying to get money back he panicked and could not figure out how to work the register. I found out his manager who was no where to be seen was hiding in the back. I believe subways policy is if the cashier rings up an order wrong the customer gets the whole amount back, which he also stated but I got the difference only after the manager from the food place next to them came over and stuck her nose in. Also the cases where all the meat is stored were left wide open and as I stood there in line I saw flies landing on certain meats. Never eating here...
