Road Ranger — Local services in Saint Robert

Disgusting dump. The whole parking lot smelled of nasty urine. I had to do 3 loads of laundry which took me well over 3 hours. The laundry facility is behind the beer cooler towards the showers and it is the same laundry the shower attendants use, only two washers on premises and only ONE available for you to use. 4 dryers but only 3 work. One was of course being used by the shower attendant. No seating in that area nor is there a laundry folding table as most truck stops have. They were doing renovations to the showers so only 3 were availble at a time. The whole place was a mess. Looked like they hadn't mopped the floors in years. I would never shower there. I watched the attendant with my own eyes literally take about 3 minutes to "supposedly clean and disenfect" the shower stall. I saw him take the towels the previous person had used to dry off, put them on the floor and use his foot to mop up the excess water. No cleaner or anything. Then he took those towels and put them in the washing machine to be used as body towels for the next unsuspecting person who came to take a shower. Employees are rude, except for a very nice african-american girl making the pizzas. The chicken place is a joke. Nasty stale food. Around 6pm the lot lizards start to troll around the parking lot. The parking lot is trashy. Besides the urine smell, trash everywhere and extremely dusty. Do yourself a favor and just pass this place up and go on to the next stop. First time stopping here...

This is one of the worst stops I've made 2 cashiers no maintenance on a Sunday Trash bins FULL to capacity I went to get coffee and there was none in the machines so I went up to Alpha I think that's her name and while she was waiting on customers she was literally eating food and talking with her mouth full I suggested that they put an out of order sign on it so no one else would They replied we don't have any signs and they can't write out of product on a single piece of paper. Like many other items in that store ALREADY have signs. But do to them being truly LAZY they didn't want to leave the comforts of the fans that were in front of them I mean the store didn't have fully functional air conditioning

The line had maybe 3 people and when I asked 1 of them to help me They both GOT RUDE and said we have to help The line first I was already there for 10 minutes waiting. All the men's urinals were taped off with plastic but no signs were anywhere. The management of this store is definitely not management material if they let all this go on without fixing anything

First impression IF you can find any other Road Ranger to go to please go the extra miles YOU'LL DEFINITELY REGRET...

My boyfriend and my daughter and me had a bad experience at the Subway today. We paid for 3 sub meals with sandwich cookies and large drink. The girl behind the counter was very rude about giving my daughter and I our large cups. Then she continued to be rude about giving us ( my daughter and I) our cookies. I was getting mad at her attitude and I told her to keep their cookies and that I was going to find out who I need to talk to to make a formal complaint. We went into the Road Ranger and talked to shift leader about the situation and she was very nice about the problem. She gave both me and my daughter one of the Road Rangers big cookies each and said she will go deal with situation immediately. She was very nice and helpful about the rude behavior of the Subway employees. I would like to know who at the Subway office I need to talk to about their rude employees. I have worked customer service for many years and also been assisten manger of customer service and the rudeness of the employees to customers was an automatic firing. Please let me know who I would need to talk...
