I love Dairy Queen and have been going to this location for over 20 years and these issues have been going on for long enough. The microphone used in the drive through has been poor quality for a long time it does not pick up audio well nor is the audio transparent. The workers continue to ignore the issue and get frustrated and blame customers assuming we are being “funny or ordering like children” they are unprofessional toward me and even my elderly family who are hard of hearing. Over the past years there’s a trend in the Indian family who lack respect for their customers. When I nicely and calmly get back in the long lines and explain how the orders got messed up they get snooty, roll there eyes and don’t make eye contact, don’t say thank you, I’m sorry, I appreciate your patience I will make this right for you etc. Instead they act like there’s a language barrier when I speak English to them. I’m sick and tired of the same case scenario over and over again. They tipped my boat when I came in after a long day At the farm. I ordered a few items. We asked for two Sundays, one vanilla one chocolate, the chocolate one came out a medium shake somehow…they forgot my drink since we were starting to eat in the parking lot. The Indian family was completely annoyed toward me, not themselves for making the mistake. In the entire process of explaining how they forgot my water to receiving the water they hardly said a word to me with a disgusted look on there face. They whispered among themselves and under there breath...

Growing up around the area, this has been my go-to dq and I’ve only had a problem once before and it was small. But last night I did a mobile order at about 8:30pm, due to pick up at about 8:45pm. I showed up at about that time but my ice cream was already half melted- which is whatever and kind of expected. But I also ordered some pretzel sticks and they were hard as rocks and had to throw $10 worth of food out. I called 6 times between 9:07 and 9:11 PM and no one answered. The next day a little after 11am, I called another 3 times and finally somebody answered the phone. They instantly remembered my order- like they knew I would call or come back.
Now if it wasn’t for making 9 phone calls, I probably wouldn’t be leaving this review. The lady was fine over the speaker and the phone, thank you for making it easy and listening to me when I said I wanted a refund since I can’t make it out there anytime soon. However, after my refund, I was personally messaged from the worker, which is something no restaurant should be doing??? I’m already messaged through the app and my bank as well…. I don’t need your personal number.
Don’t think I’m ever coming back if that’s how you wanna...
Read moreThis is the WORST DQ I've ever been to! They apparently only employ teenagers, as I've never seen an adult on the premises! They are slow, and constantly mess up the simplest of orders! My last trip will be my last! They screwed up my entire order! Not one thing was what i ordered, I was over charged and waited in line for 20 minutes! As I finally got to the window there were 5 teens just standing around doing NOTHING while a line of cars was behind me waiting too! Didn't even have me pull up to wait so other people could get their orders! And to top it off when I got home all our food was COLD! I called them to complain and their excuse was that there are a lot of trainees right now.... I wouldn't go there for much else than an ice cream cone...
