Subway — Restaurant in Salem Township

I came in and had two separate orders the first one was my problem order. I asked for a pretzel with cheese, which for those of you who don't know are new. When I got my pretzel I went back in cuz they didn't give me cheese then proceeded to tell me they are out. Had I known they were out I wouldn't have got the pretzel, but I went outside to try and eat my three dollar cheese less pretzel and I couldn't even bite into the pretzel it was so hard. So I waited til the next day to speak with the manager and he told me there's nothing I can do for you you just lost three dollars. What kind if customer service is that !! Very displeased...

This is the third time now this has happened. I walk in, nobody but two workers, they both made eye contact with me, I was in a good mood, before I got to the counter, they grabbed the tip cup and started counting money, didn't even say hello or anything. They didn't even appear to be getting ready to service me. I turned around and went to Taco Bell.

Before you judge me, I work an extremely hot and labor intensive job 10 hours a day. I take care of a 11 month old son by myself. I didn't have time to make my food before work today and I was running later than I'd like. I expect Atleast some friendly and...

I had went with my boyfriend to get food and when he went inside the worker was having issues just trying to create a simple bacon, egg, and cheese sub on flatbread. He stated that he seen the worker go in the back and heard the worker say “I’m too high for this” … If you can’t do your job while smoking then you shouldn’t be smoking at all since you can’t control it and make a simple sandwich which you were corrected multiple times to fix. I hope the manager sees this and that worker no longer will be a part of their team for the health and safety of their customers....
