Dutch Bros — Restaurant in Salem

Let’s list why this place is awful: There isn’t a menu to look at when you drive up. As a first time customer I had literally no way to make a decision or understand what they even sold. The promotional menu lists drinks but tells you nothing about them. The person who walks up to your window is also unable to provide you with an idea of what drinks they serve, as they’re running around non stop to quickly grab orders. After parking and WALKING UP to their counter there was also no true menu to look at. Once again it was a generic menu that tells you little to nothing about what they actually sell. It feels like the employees know about as little about what they sell as I did. There seems to be an insanely casual and mediocre sense of how they run the business, it bleeds into the entire customer experience. They run entirely off of brand recognition without any quality to any of it.

I have no idea how this company is so popular. I will never go back to another location. I threw the gift card I won at work in the trash. Stick to a local business that cares about what they’re selling and knows how to connect...

Racist Dutch bros!!!! I went in to get a drink my drink was wrong it was a blue drink instead I got a greenie, not only that very disrespectful and disappointing! I had asked for a sticker and had gotten completely ignored. Not only that my white husband had to go on and ask because they did not listen to me when I had asked for it! Their was a woman who had just gotten their and her order got done faster and got offered a sticker while meanwhile they didn’t give ours, and our orders were simple not extra. Coffee takes longer to make rebels don’t! it’s Father’s Day 6-15-2025 never felt so disrespected so bad in my life iam Mexica native Iam so embarrassed that I had let them disrespect me like that! We had to walk up because they pretended not to see us I had to yell at her to get noticed get better worker 14$h and still no good...

I got a drink from here, they made it but didn’t add chocolate drizzle like we asked so they fixed that, then I tasted it and it was way too sweet and had WAY too much chocolate, it tasted awful. I had them make yet another one and it was way too watered down and didn’t even taste like coffee, like why can you just make an in between coffee? Keep in mind this is a coffee I always get when I go to Dutch Bros. I asked for a large cup to mix the two and then it didn’t even give me a lid so I had to ask but then the large lid hardly even fit the cup. The staff are mostly nice but it’s as if they weren’t trained, just random ppl thrown in there to experiment. Would not recommend...
