I’ve been a regular customer for almost a decade. I will never ever move out of state because I can’t go that long without their ice cream. Despite expanding to multiple locations, the quality of their ice cream has not diminished even an ounce. They are the most consistent food establishment I’ve been to in my ~30 years. If you happen to have a bad pint and DM them, they will and always have made it right. That has happened to me ONCE in almost 10 years.

I think their secret sauce is the ownership and management. They are extremely responsive, engaging and man, do they truly care.

Recently I was planning an event. I was thrilled to have it catered by HCIC. Unfortunately a tragedy happened and the event was canceled. Do you know they sent guests of honor a gift card and a sympathy card? the most selfless and memorable thing I’ve ever experienced from a business. Thank you for showing empathy and compassion during some of our darkest days.

Very nice little ice cream stand! The waffle cones are made fresh in front of you, and the ice cream tastes good and quality. They have quite a few options, and offer something for everyone to enjoy (even vegans)! The staff were super friendly and helpful as well. The only thing I’d say needs improvement is the bottoms of the waffle cones - they had holes and immediately began leaking all over. Maybe a specific plastic waffle cone holder would help?

Other than that, it was really great. We would definitely recommend trying the Coffee, Cinnamon Churro Dough, Toasted S’mores, Wild Blueberry Pie & Vegan Strawberry...
