Northside Speakeasy — Restaurant in Salem

I have been going here for the past 8 years. I have seen this place go from super good service, to bad service. Lately I feel like the service is getting better again. As a customer it's nice to walk into a place like this and have the employees acknowledge you, ask if you would like something to drink right away. For a long time that didn't happen. This was one of the few places that i frequented for years and then when i was homeless and had lost everything they didn't talk down to me or treat me rudely and treated the same no matter if my hair was dirty and my clothes were terrible. My husband just got a killer business deal and this is definitely one place that will continue to get our business Everytime we go back to Oregon.
