Best barbecue in town.

Stopped by for the first time today - I had pulled pork, brisket, cole slaw, and potato salad. All were tasty. The brisket was the first I’ve had in a while that was actually moist. Pulled pork was juicy and flavorful. The cole slaw and potato salad were traditional barbecue-style sides, not trying to be anything fancy but executed well. I was very happy with my meal.

Austin, the guy running the trailer, came out and talked to me for a while since I was eating alone and it was well after normal lunchtime. Friendly guy who is passionate about sharing good barbecue....

Found this truck today! Omg we purchased two of the feast deals. I can’t be more happy. The ribs, pork, beef brisket, and the sides are amazing. No meat bathing in grease here! Top notch food.
