Domino's new location has an inviting set up. I have order pizza twice at the new location. The first time I was giving it a try as it was a new store. The second time I though they had a nice deal package where you got two medium pizzas, bread sticks, cinnamon twist bread, and a drink. The first pizza was a supreme and it was pretty good. The second pizzas in the meal deal were a bit over cooked and the crust was not that delicious while the cinnamon twist bread was really over cooked and not soft and enjoyable. The one thing I was really disappointed with is that you don't even get one free dipping sauce for the garlic bites with the meal they charge you $.60 and that's crazy considering that with every pizza from competing chains with the same deal you get a dipping sauce for free. Overall they have some things they can work being pretty close to some good competition and the pizzas on a scale of 1 to 10 is a 4. For me crust is everything it makes the pizza, and then comes the service it's possibly even a close tie where I look for how I'm treated and if my feedback really counts to the business. And yes although I'm giving a pretty tough review I'm ordering from them again tonight to see what if any changes will be made based on my outcome If you like pizza you'll go to the place that offer's you want you like but sometimes it's important to push people to the brink of greatness because if not how can they improve and get better so that you get the best. I like pizza and if you're curious about how this new Domino's location is you'll just have to try and go from there this is just what I've experienced and it could be different for you or the same so why not find...

Came in on Friday, August 16 2024 around 1:30 pm. There were no other customers.
Attempted to order some wings. An older woman tried to ring us in and first said she couldn't ring us in without a name (I didn't refuse to provide this, that was her opening line).
Then she asked for my rewards number and I told her I didn't have or didn't know what it was. She said we couldn't order without a phone number so I provided an arbitrary number.
This whole process took somewhere around 5 to 10 minutes.
She then informed us shed made a mistake and would have to ring us in again.
At this point one of her coworkers came to try and help. I asked if she could just put sauce on half the wings (we wanted a 16 piece) and she said that wasn't possible.
15 minutes later, still unable to place a simple carry out order for a single item, we gave up and went elsewhere.
To add insult to injury, we had gone in 3 or 4 days prior for a similar order and a young gentleman took care of us. He created none of these roadblocks, which would suggest that all of these "we can't" statements were likely the result of staff simply not wanting to deal with us. I generally love dominos but I will likely not be returning to...
Read morei’m gonna keep it so real every time i’ve ordered dominos for the past year it’s been pretty bad every time :/ the other day i ordered a free pizza with my points and it was way better than the pizza i actually pay for every order i ask for light cheese extra sauce and i get very minimal sauce almost each time. if i wanted cheesy bread id order that. i feel like either they dont look at order instructions or just dont care. also ive had issues with drivers being unable to find my address and getting lost? maybe its a personal issue or the dominos map is unreliable but idk. im at the point where id rather get little cesar’s than this. definitely more cost effective. idk its just...
