Scooter's Coffee — Restaurant in Salina

Went here for the first time ever, thought it would be like Dutch bros, not really. They have energy drinks, but more like “healthy” energy.

I ordered their maple waffle sandwich, and my hubby ordered their sausage burrito. My hubby said that his burrito tasted like McKey D’s (McDonald’s) sausage burrito. He said that McDonald’s is way better, as it’s cheaper and you get free salsa with it. My sandwich also tasted like McDonalds McGriddle with a round egg. I did order an iced s’mores drink, that was really yummy, I did however only got a small thing of whipped cream, but that’s whatever.

Now, for the customer service part. In the beginning it was quite alright, short interaction. There was a cashier, and a girl making the food, and I guess another girl in the back playing with her hair? As she asked the cashier girl, “should I have my hair up?” As to the cashier lady turned away from us and went to talk to that girl. The oven girl, gave us our food, and then nothing. Just crickets. No, have a good day, thank you, nothing. We even said, “okay, well thank you!” They didn’t say anything back.

Soooo, if I ever feel like their coffee again, I might just door dash it.

Update review, headed back on a weekday in the morning, wayyyyy better...

Went for coffee in the morning, asked for heavy cream in my coffee and they put a drop. LOL If id want a wittle bit, I swear I am able to SAY SO. Anyways the true issue is modifications. I asked for my shots to be on the side and they told me I would have to pay for them as a separate drink. My bill was over 20$ why on earth do they want me to pay for the expresso that literally comes with my drink.

My sisters Carmelicous also was wayyyyyyy to sweet which is why we like our expresso on the side. (as I watch them poor my expresso down the drain)

Get it right scooters, we need consistency or let us modify. You cant be inconsistance, and then tell us consumers NO when we try to get it done right our selves.

We understand your not a robot and the consumers aren't millionaires either, but in return we support millionaires the "business", so let us modify. We aren't the ones wasting...

My husband ordered smoothies around 5:30pm this evening. My husband didn’t have his debit card. Turns out that the last place he went didn’t give it back with his meal.

The young lady working at Scooters offered to pay for the drinks & my husband said no, but she wouldn’t take no for an answer.

We located the last place he used his card & he returned back to Scooters & paid for the drinks.

Not many people would do that at all. We appreciate her generosity very much!! Thank you from Mr. & Mrs. Sims. May God Bless you & your family. (We hope she is recognized by the Company)

As for all the other negative reviews people have left on here is dumb, we come here all the time. The girls are extremely nice & make great coffee & smoothies. Ignore negative people & the comments. Unhappy people love...
