The quality of the juice is great. The service, the communication is awful. 3 times I made an order in 5 days. The drink I needed for a cleanse was listed available online. Each time I came to pick up my juice is not in stock. It takes so much to prep for cleansing so when your website says you’re in stock and you’re not you’re throwing off a LOT of prep work. 3 times in 4 days. I ordered curbside pick up today. It specifically asks for my vehical information. I’m waiting and waiting and watching the staff hang out. But my kids are napping in the car so I can’t come in. I finally have to leave to ask why they aren’t bringing my drinks out and low and behold not only is my juice cleanse not available but they apparently don’t do curbside pick up.

Came here for the first time in over a year. I brought my old glass bottle with me, but was told that they do not do the glass bottle exchanges no more. Instead, I was given $1 off my juice in exchange for them to keep my glass bottle. The juice is now in a plastic bottle that feels like a lesser serving than before. Not only that, but the price for one juice plus tax was $7.50. (Really $8.50 without the one time $1 discount I received). I figured since I was paying that much for a juice then might as well get an acai bowl. Nope. Was told they ran out of that.

Fortunately, the juice was still as good as I remember and I got a croissant next door. Unfortunately, I dont see myself coming back. Kind of a rip off when you can get the same juice at Safeway for less than $4. Just my take and...

I've been coming here since they opened and I've just experienced my second problem. The first was a delivery error- I had requested a home delivery but somehow it was noted down as a pickup. That one I dismissed. However, yesterday I picked up two half gallons (which I placed orders for the day before). One of the juices was clearly mislabeled! The colors are similar so I didn't notice until I drank some. Clearly not what I ordered! I called the store but they were not sympathetic at all citing variations in produce. Since when does a cactus pear taste like a dozen carrots? The young lady who took my call didn't even offer to have the owner call me back.
