Hartnell is going through a ransom wear attack and recovery , during the whole time they did a terrible job keeping the students informed . There was no access to drop or add classes . I send emails and didn’t get anything back . There phone didn’t even work cause of the hack . I signed up for online classes and emailed them to try to get better attention to detail on how to access the canvas online . Just absolutely terrible . It caused me to miss a class and I have a handful of class that are suppose to start and don’t even show up on my online portal . And I can’t see or add or drop them cause the website doesn’t give me access . And I have yet to see a solution to a problem like this , I doubt I’m the only one . ...

No wonder the student success rate is so low (18.5% graduation rate). This place is a joke, and the majority of teachers and staff are only there for a paycheck. The state spends so much money on education, but low-income and poverty-stricken communities always get dealt the short end of the stick.
