We ordered food on 8/23 through the website and picked up in store. We love Pats and often order when we have friends and family visit. When we got home we were all enjoying our food. We ordered 2 XL pizzas, a steak and cheese sub, potato skins and french fries. Everything was great until my husband bit into his sub. There was a long hair in it. He was eating in his office and spit it directly into the trashcan next to his desk and came into to let me know as the other half he left for me in the kitchen. I called Pats. The young lady that answered the phone was the same one that gave us the food when we picked it up. She was super kind and helpful but said she had to speak to the manager. When she got back on she sounded verbal upset but said her manager would not refund the money for the cheese steak or replace it since my husband spit the piece of food that had the hair in it into the trash. I explained that i wasn't asking for a full refund that we were happy with the rest of the food and this was a first time experience for us there. I also explained that we eat there often and this was upsetting to hear. She understood but said that manager would not budge on the issue. Mind you the manager not once got on the phone and only spoke through this poor girl who did amazing, but we will never order from Pat's again. We spend hundreds of dollars ther., It's our go to eat out and they did not trust that we found a hair in one item of food. I wasn't asking for the whole order to be refunded or replaced just the piece of food we found it in. I was even willing to bring back the other half of the sub that was uneaten. I can't believe we were told my husband was in the wrong for spitting out the piece of food and hair into the trashcan and not keeping it. So sad over the whole thing. Like I said in the beginning we have always love the food and staff interaction but the manager that night has lost Pats a long time...
Read moreThis was my first time here as we were in the area where my girlfriend went to school and we're feeling nostalgic. I had heard great things about this place from my girlfriend and others so I decided to give it a try. We got a slice of pizza I got pepperoni she got cheese. We also got plain cheese steaks with cheese but no other toppings as my girlfriend does not like onions. I used ketchup for topping and we ended with taking two desserts to go a lemon cake and a rice pudding. We also got a fountain drink. The atmosphere was very nostalgic feeling in terms of the old pizza shops of the '90s. The service was decent nothing really out of the ordinary to report there. The place was also very well kept in terms of cleanliness. This spanned from the eating areas to the front counter all the way to the restrooms, which I had to visit before getting on the road again as we live far away from this location. Overall, not a bad experience I will definitely have to come back and try more options and another cheese steak with more toppings to my liking. I give this place a four out of five. You can also tell a lot about a place about how clean they keep their bathrooms as their bathrooms typically tell you how clean the rest of the place is usually operated and I'm happy to report this is one of the cleanest bathrooms that I've seen in a...
Read moreThe workers in this store are completely RUDE!!!! Instead of listening to the customer they go back and forth and try to argue about what’s what. At the end if the day it doesn’t matter because if i order my food a certain way and i spend my money on it that’s what i expect to get !!!! Girl with the glasses is so rude I’ll never spend my money there again. Nor accept a door dash I’m just trying to dash and the lady refused to make the order when i was showing her on my end i had an order. It’s really poor customer service . The lady with the glasses was completely rude to me and my friends when another worker asked did i want to dine in or take it to go. She interrupted stating we couldn’t eat our food there because they were about to close which was fine . I then told her i had googled what time they closed and on my phone it said 10:30 it was only 9:20. Either way the way she said we couldn’t eat there was rude. But when a Caucasian man wanted to order a piece of cake after 9:30 and eat it there she had no isssue serving him!! It’s okay because i will no longer be giving them my business and i wouldn’t suggest this...
