Today was my 1st and last time going to this location. For starters I did an online order a whole hour prior to comming and when I got there my order was not done. A nice young lady came up to me looking for the order I showed her my online receipt and they could not find the order then the owner comes up and ask what name is it under I say Saunders (which is my last name) then he goes to the computer and says he can't find it then he writes down my order number and he finds the order says give him a few min and everything will be done. I said ok the young lady looks at my receipt because she thinks they already made the order at that point he starts screaming and yelling at his employees and persist to grab the young lady by the arm litterly swinging her around with 5 smoothies in her hands that are being prepped. I was completely taken off guard and you can tell this is his normal way of acting. I then go to my car for about 5 min then I come back in to get my order and the same owner comes up to me and says it was already made it was under another name you must have put it in someone else name I then said no its under my name and showed him the order. To put it simple he did not know where he had put it and because he was so busy yelling at his staff and throwing them nobody got the chance to physically look for the order. He refused to take accountability for anything he did wrong it was then I said this is my 1st and last time comming here you have horrible customer service and I did not like how you yelled and treated your employees.. I told him you never put your hands on someone who works for you and blaming the customer because you don't have a set order in which you put the completed meals is not the customers fault. Read moreI pulled up to the Salisbury Md location around 8:10a, there was no one in the line. I sat at the speaker for 5-6 minutes even saying hello into the intercom…..NO RESPONSE! So as I am pulling off, I see 2 cars pull up so I go back around the building and they are taking orders. When it’s my turn l, I explain what happened when I was there the first time and she says we opened at 7a. I said well why did I sit here for 5-6 minutes without being acknowledged or anything.( I was not irate). She brushes me off and takes my order. When I get to window she snatches my money and when I said did you just snatch my money she gets another employee by the name of Jam to complete the transaction. Jam was very helpful but really clueless as what to do being that he was new. I asked to speak to a supervisor but was told that there was not one there. I was asked to contact TSC through their website and that they would make things right but this has yet to happen even though I had shared a claim. TSC do not conduct business if you do not plan to honor your customers with quality portions and service. Is the added revenue worth skimping on ingredients? I am sure the franchise and corporate have a standard for ingredient portions that should be adhered to consistently. If you gave your customers better quality product you would have more customers and thus more revenue. I have bought at tropical smoothie cafe multiple times a week and even multiple times a day at times using their app and I have to say after all the money I spent and opportunities I've given for them to be a household staple, its just unfortunate that they do not seem to truly care about their customer base but only the...
