I want the General Manager and District Store Manager to read this!!! Because it is upsetting as it is disappointing!!! This establishment needs alot of improvement and retraining for their employees. To start of when we arrived last night The dining wasnt busy there were 3 other customers already eating. They didnt seat us right away. When we got seated it took the waiter 10 min to come by. Our waiter for starters was dressed sloppy (doesnt matter if your working late at night) since we were waiting so long we decided we wanted to order our drinks and food together but the waiter Steve said he couldn’t do that he first needed to get our drink order then he’ll come back and get the food order. This bothered me, but I didn’t say anything and left it at that. After another 10min he came back and took our order. I ordered Nachos with cheese. My little sister wanted to order a Hamburger thats when Steve the waiter said “ we don’t have any meat right now, our shipment hasn’t delivered. My little sister decided not to order anything and he continued taking our other orders. After a while he brought our food and the nacho orders weren’t how we ordered. I didnt say anything about it and we kept eating. A couple sat behind us when we heard Steve taking their order. We heard when the gentleman asked for a hamburger and Steve took his order he even asked if he wanted bacon. This upset us!! Because Steve told us there wasnt any meat for hamburger YET he’s taking the man’s order and he didnt tell him There wasn’t any meat!! Why would he deny us that Is it because we were women or because we were hispanic? Or because we were both!!?? Or simply because Him and the cook are a bunch of lazy workers. We didn’t say anything yet and we waited until we saw Steve bring out the burger and even went tot another table to bring the man his ketchup. I was very angry but I contained myself and I let my other sister do the talking when we asked for the manager. When Nikie the Manager came up to the register my sister told her everything that happened. To me Nickie was making excuses for her waiter she kept cutting off my sister and I felt like she wasnt addressing the issue she kept saying that we didnt have to pay that wasnt the point. The point was how we felt and especially how my little sister felt that she wanted to order a hamburger and she’s wondering why isnt she getting one and a white man is getting a hamburger!! They charged me 150 for a pick up order that they never made because they chef quit but wouldn’t refund it and kept telling me to come in and went from telling me to come back and they will to them avoiding me . I was in contact with the female manager with glasses , I came for days and she went from telling me she can help me and will leave the money in an envelope at the register to them avoiding me and telling me to contact the district attorney . They started ignoring me in person and avoiding my calls and when she finally answered she told me to talk to Tommy, wouldn’t give me a phone number and yelled at me and hung up. I tried to be so patient about it being solved but she is absolutely so disrespectful and unprofessional. I think she pocketed the money, I have never been treated so disrespectfully by a manager for a problem their own restaurant was having. I would like another corporate phone number to call because the one that’s being provided she will not answer and won’t give the phone number to her boss but I would like to make a formal complaint . Absolutely ridiculous and shady. She had me come in multiple times just to start avoiding me and telling me it’s not her problem and then hanging up on the phone when I tried taking to her about the problem and although she remembered Ultimately called me a liar but I have a recording in my pocket of a server confirming she went out the back because she was trying to avoid me after she was the one who told me to come in at that time. So unprofessional, so disrespected and the district attorney did nothing but apparently this happens a lot and I think they took down my last review . DONT PLACE PICK UP ORDERS. They will not make it, they will not refund anything but mark it at completed, they will like and tell you they’ll help but then steal the money and yell at you for following up on it. If I could be contacted by anyone else that would be amazing . She told me to go in person again but I have talked to her so many times and have gotten no where and have only been told lies by her and she seemed confrontational and personally I feel like she keeps telling me to meet in person just so avoid me some more or try to intimidate . I will gladly to talk to somebody else ,I’ve been walking around in circles talking to walls trying to have help from her since day 1 and have gotten nothing but the worse service...
Read moreIt wasn't even busy, yet I waited 5 mins to get seated, after I poked my head around the corner of the kitchen to let someone know I was there. The server was engrossed in his phone. I ordered the strawberry French toast and coffee. The coffee came out cold, I had to ask him to please make a fresh pot. I waited ... No coffee. Finally got it with the meal. He told me the first pot had been there since he got there at 10pm. It was 1 am. The coffee they served was 3 hours old. The French toast was disgusting! The description claims it's stuffed with cream cheese. It is not cream cheese in the middle, but some sort of disgusting white cream. No flavor of cream cheese whatsoever. Worst experience at Denny's ever. Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND!
I don't know why I came in AGAIN!! But I did. Once again I was ignored for 10 mins while it seems the only server (Nicki) on Halloween night ran back and forth past me several times. I had to get my own menu, waited. .. nothing. I finally flagged her down to ask if I indeed had a server?? She said no he's already left. Which confused me. They were still open right? I guess the server who left didn't relay that I was to be taken care of???? Ok. Again my coffee came out cold. Twice. Nicki argued the coffee was steaming when she poured it. It was not and the fact that she stood and argued the point put me in a foul mood. The coffee was cold. Twice. I am also a server. I work at the busiest restaurant in the state. The Cheesecake Factory. I know how to treat my guests. They pay my bills after all. In the several years I've been a server I have not once argued the point with a guest. Very poor service . I get being slammed, I get being frustrated in the moment. That is the nature of our industry, but to argue the point with a guest?? Then to make matters worse she said she would put my coffee in the microwave. I was appalled. The food was also cold, pancakes rubbery and ice cold. The only good thing about this Halloween was well nothing. I literally had to send the pancakes back because they were cold. The biscuits and gravy were also cold everything was cold. As cold as Nicki's attitude. Apparently there was a manager in the back, but didn't come out to speak to me. Very disappointed in the service and the food. Oh and all I got was one cup of coffee, she never offered me another cup. She herself never once checked back to see how everything was. I'm beginning to see this is the norm here at this...
