Day O Espresso & Smoothies — Restaurant in San Andreas

I go here fairly often when I drive from Folsom to Sonora. Weird experience today and I feel terrible for the one employee who was actually working.

I waited behind a car at the first window for about five minutes while the cashier and the driver talked. I finally noticed that there was no card/money being passed through the window, and the employee never left to make a drink. They were just talking. I tried to ask if they were open but the employee didn’t acknowledge me.

I pulled around to the next window to wait, and in the back area two guys were sitting at a table that was propping the door open (they had dayo shirts on) and the table was covered in trash and empty dayo cups.

I noticed inside that the same girl was still talking, and the only other employee inside was running around like crazy serving the customer ahead of me.

I eventually left without buying anything because I had already been waiting for a good ten minutes at that point and had to keep driving, and the driver vibes were just off.

I hope the only employee working gets some real help from a manager or other coworkers in the future. She...

Just went to this drive thru coffee place it's 9 am in the morninh and the girl at the window informed me that they were closed because both employees were on their lunch and when I asked when they would be back and when they opened and she refused to answer me this is the same employee that made my drink last week and refused to remake it when it was incorrect the customer service at this location is awful the employees are rude and the coffee is just crap 90% of the time this place is a waste of time and money if they continue to do business this way and hire employees with no people skills or even the common knowledge or training to make a simple coffee drink many more people will start to get there coffee at the gas station WHICH IS BETTER ANYWAYS...

My partner and I ordered the 24 oz Tropical Tsunami and asked for light ice to the first girl who then went back to get the other girl to serve us a 16oz cup with a full thing of ice ….the girl said we gave you a 160z because there would be space in the 32oz ….the girls excuse that she was trying to say is if you tell us light ice we won’t fill it to the top …so they gave us a 16oz with more ice then drink …. No more will we ever go back this place it is a rip off and the staff was aware that they gave us a 16oz because the first girl who took our order didn’t give us our drink the 2nd did because they are told what to say if someone says light ice ….Give the customer what they ask not an excuse and the...
