Personally, I don’t care how good the food is at a restaurant, if I’m not treated like a valued customer when I walk into your establishment, I will never give you my business. Context, I walked in to inquire about the service and was completely ignored by the Asian bald man there. I asked the same question 2 times and was completely ignored by him while he was diligently tending to his phone, as if I wasn’t even there. HE WOULDN’T EVEN LOOK AT ME. What an amazing restaurant, the parking is limited and there is a slight walk to the restaurant but it's worth it. We came for brunch which is only on the first Saturday of the month from 11am to 2pm, be there early and get in line. The menu rotates and from seeing previous menus they always look amazing. A dined at Roots at the Silo last night, with a group of 9. I had the Wagyu Rissole as an appetizer, the Filet Au Poivre with the Gnocchi as my entrée, and the Pot De Crème for dessert. The food was absolutely delicious and the service was outstanding. Everyone in the party raved about their dishes.
