Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in San Angelo

Well as a Google Guide I have gave this little Cesar's Location an excellent Review in the past. I Can't do that Now! Me and my wife walked to that location tonight Sunday July 30th 2023 we ordered a large cheese pizza and a Detroit style pepperoni. The cheese was ordered with black olives and extra Mushrooms the young girl who took our order said it would be around 15 minutes and for us to take a seat we went to our car 7ft from the glass front door and we relaxed in the car while we waited the male employee went back and forth from behind the counter to the side park taking to people in cars that. Came and went. When 20 to 25 minutes past my wife went in to see if they didn't know we were the people in the car in front of the window we could see everything and everyone in the waiting area and behind the counter and visa versa. They told my wife took longer so I waited in the car my wife in the waiting room for about 15 minutes then picked up the pizzas and drove home to lake dr a 4 to 6 minute drive. The cheese pizza was room Tempature the bottom crust was white no gold no brown the top had about 60% less cheese than normal and 25% or 30% of the pizza top was without sauce the mushrooms and olives were great. My wife ordered the Detroit and the sauce was extremely thin and maybe 25% of the normally amount of cheese the Detroit crust and pepperoni was good but we couldn't even tell if there was sauce we couldn't taste it. this place need's better supervision. 2/20/23 placed my order this evening at 6:10 guy said it’ll be a “few” minutes to pull up to the wooden fence. There was one car in front of me waiting on their order. They leave and two cars pull up from drive through. It’s 6:33 one of the cars that come drive-through had a homeboy working here. So he comes outa d gives his boys some pizza and hangs out with them skipping the lady that ordered before them and myself. So I call ask about my order the young lady with no customer service experience is rude and said she’ll have it right out. I wait 5 minutes nothing. So I go in and my order is sitting on the counter no one is even trying to get it out there’s the bout why took his homeboys their food just standing there and the guy taking orders is busy tending to customers. I’m standing there for a few more minutes, then the boy ash’s if I need help so I request to speak to a manager . Mangier comes and said they were just now fixing to take it out that they were busy. She’s a lie it was one order in front of mine. There was no one even trying to get my order out to me. Lack of customer service will not be going back to...

I wish that I could give negative stars! I came into this location and there was one person in line ahead of me. We stood there for a little while and that guy ended up leaving because no one acknowledged him. I stood there for a few more minutes with still no acknowledgement. I started to yell towards the back of the store to see if anyone else worked there, because the guy in the drive-through wasn’t worried about any of the three of us standing up at front. The two people in the back they were on their phones, looked up for one second, and then went right back to their phones. Then the drive-through guy walked over, looked at me dead in my eye, and asked the guy behind me if he could help him. I just walked out. In a span of about 10 minutes, your company lost two customers because the children working there. Don’t acknowledge you when you walk in. There was one car in the drive-through and one man in the lobby when I got there. This is absolutely ridiculous, so I went down the street and spent my money at Pizza...
