SAVE YOUR MONEY DONT GO HERE. It doesnt give me the option to rate it 0 stars. Ordered take out as we stayed at a nearby hotel and there was a menu that was slid under our door. The name on the menu did not match the name on the building, which was hard to find when picking up the order. We also received another menu under our door with a different name, but again same address before we left. There is something shady about that. With that being said the address of the place is 2711 Hillcrest Dr, San Antonio, TX 78228. We ordered pizza, cheesy garlic bread and a grinder. The pizza was the wrong pizza, the grinder was burnt and the 1/2 of grinder roll for the cheesy garlic bread didn't even have melted cheese. We ordered online through Slice, so when I called the restaurant, whichever name they were operating under at that time, put us on hold for at least 10 minutes to get a manager, we hung up and called back and was put on hold for another 7 minutes, for the manager to answer and say we need to contact Slice and they have to contact the "restaurant" directly. After contacting Slice, they said they had to talk to the owner because they were the only one who could do anything about it. I received and email the next day from Slice, stating the owner will give back $3.70, which was unacceptable to us as we had to order from somewhere else because I was not going to feed my 2 year old any of that, and we ordered a cheeseburger pizza and there was pepperoni which is too spicy for him. Once we explain (as tourist not locals), he then calls when he arrives to meet in lobby. My husband goes down and he is not there. I try calling him 5 times and no answer. I call the store back three times and the guy answering when he heard I was complaining sat the phone on counter and left me there. I hung up and called back and the same continued to happen. The driver calls back and said he left because "a man said it wasn't his food" I said why wouldn't you wait forthe man coming down. My husband was down there an additional 15 minutes waiting on him. When I called back to tell them that my ravioli contained was mashed and all my food leaked out in brown paper bag, the girl answering the phone would not give me her name and hung up on me when I asked for it. March 6th Update: this company added 10$ to my bill as if I left them a tip. They were 2hrs late and my food was cold why would I tip y'all anything.
