MI Sierra Jalisco — Restaurant in San Antonio

My review was removed so here it goes again !!! We stopped by the other morning and after a good little wait we finally got to order and the waitress was some what bothered I think she thought we weren't going to tip ...I was not dressed in my best had worked 16 hrs shift amd had changed jn to my house cloths just wants to eat and go home amd rest but none the less I ordered beef caldo amd the she said she had to check and see if they had any ready so we finally get the food and half the veggies are still raw the potatos had a grayish color to them the carrots were hard and the water see thru no flavor or color almost as if they just added straight water so I brought it to their attention and they agreed to bring me something else u could clearly see the soup was not cooked so we get ready to leave u can see their all bothered because I complained by their attitudes and she asked me if I wanted it to go I'm like not really well she asked me because they were not going to take it off the bill and so I had to pay for uncooked soup and Still pay for what j had to order to replace it wow they couldn't let the i dollars go on their mess up so I put it in the to go cup paid for the soup I could not eat and left it on their counter before I left the money was not the issue it's the service that was the issue to be honest the was the 3rd time we had been their the tine before the waitress would only tend to the guys that were on their lunch brakes and barley tended to us and this time I thought I'll give it a try I was tired and hungry and it was close by but nope no more I'm so over this place they can keep their waitresses with their stank attitudes the owner lady with her lack of knowledge on how to treat customers amd yes it was her that refused to accept that the soup was not cooked I was not trying to not eat it it was not finished cooking simple as that .Save ur self time and money its always a gamble here theirs much better places near this place u have...

I was excited because prior to the management change, this place was awesome. I would rant and rave about every item on the menu. Took friends from out of town to this place and they were blown away. Went here 4th of July and that was THE WORST SERVICE POSSIBLE. First they somehow decide that rather than making all the bean and cheese tacos for those who ordered them, they brought the kids first, then went back to make more for the adults who ordered an extra taco with their plates extending the wait time. No one came to check on us, 1 refilled drink, no "Everything ok" status updates, nothing. The finale: When it came time to pay, we were splitting the bill. No complicated orders. My friend specifically told her what she was paying for multiple times and even pointed to every item. I pay my ticket and we leave, until we're stopped. Apparently we didn't pay for everything because the cashier couldn't read the damn ticket. I ended paying for the rest because the anger was raising (I don't like people who attempt to get more money out of others when said person is in the wrong) and more than likely was overcharged. If you can't confirm tickets with your customers to provide a simple transaction, go home. All the cashier had to do was go through the ticket and confirm. Side note to management: Employees need to wash their hands after handling cleaning products and accessories. Our waitress put the mop in the bucket (no gloves mind you) and then decided to check on us, when she grabbed the one cup to refill it. I don't want fabuloso in my tea thank you. Oh the food has dropped significantly. Oh well, you had a good run but my money is...

I stopped un today as I near by and wanted to pick up some tacos n dessert. I've never stopped and this place has first entrance I saw it first so I went in to the dri e thru..I didn't not notice that second entrance takes you to the side where order panel is ..I e never been here .I drive to the windows and I see 3 waitress by drive thru windows an they saw me and ignored me for about 4 min they were talking n laughing..I honked and still ignored thru the closed drive thru I hear a beeping an the waitress right away started taking an order..still at windows she is very close to it n she still ignored .e..so I was sad n mad as I had told lady I work who is 91 for I'd pick up tacos so I yelled few choice word n drove off..and I got to the lady's home without tacos n I cooked for her instead..how disappointed I was.also I come from 410 area so the 1st entrance is the first I see driving in ..but we'll I could have been regular customer but they will not het...
