Worst customer service ever! I went in for the new mint blizzard, but accidentally said peppermint while pointing to the new blizzard. All a while the cashier was very rude, i couldn't even finish ordering one thing before she would say, "Is that is? Your total is.." I finally finished ordering and waited not too long. Once our blizzards came out we noticed they were incorrect so we asked if we can have them replaced. we immediately got a response of "NO, i'm not redoing it, thats what you get" we were shocked at how rude the cashier was. I asked again to have my item redone as it was not what i ordered and she had clearly confirmed in the beginning what i wanted. She eventually brought out who i would assume would be the manager who came in steaming hot and pointed straight to my face and said " YOU ordered peppermint thats peppermint, you will NOT get a replacement" At this point i was not happy with how things were turning as i just wanted a replacement, so i instead asked for a refund as i was not satisfied with my order. I was then told i couldn't get a refund either and I had to call corporate.......for $7.... which i thought was ridiculous. I said okay not an issue, if i'm going to call corporate i would need your name so i can include who i spoke to. Both refused to give me their names, which i respected. I then said why would i call corporate with out anyones names to go along with my complaint. We easily could have resolved this issue but both employees decided to be rude and not take care of my order. Let alone they had about 5 other customers waiting for partial items that were missing from their orders.
To wrap this up, this location has been THE WORST experience i've had with dairy queen let alone ANY restaurant. This place needs a new manager and new employees and might want to throw in some customer service training too. Never returning here again. If i could rate them below a zero i would. Read moreWe have been going to this DQ for a very long time and yesterday was the worst visit thus far. My husband ordered bacon in his burger, as he was eating it he noticed there was no bacon, no big deal but to the manager it was a big deal! He stated that he made the burger himself and he knows he put bacon and my husband must of ate it! My husband got a little upset and just told them to keep the burger and give us our money back and the manager went nuts! He said he was not going to give us our money back because the burger was already eaten at this point my husband was super upset because the manager and the rest of the unprofessional staff at this location where all being rude and just tossing his burger around...now you tell me would you want to eat a burger that was tossed around from different rude employees? This is the worst service we have ever had at this location and it's very disappointing that they don't put their customers first!
