This has been the worst Little Caesar’s I have ever been too. Not only once but twice I have ordered on the app and when I arrived at the Scheduled pickup time I still had to wait 20mins... both times. Today I ordered my pizza and got there after the time it told me it was going to be ready. They asked me to pull forward and told me someone would bring it out to me. After waiting 20minutes, seeing other customers park and have their pizza brought out to them l, I went in. So now it was 40 minutes after I ordered my pizza. I walked in and three employees looked at me and didn’t even acknowledge me. I stayed calm because I understand things happen however The cashier came in from outside, who had an extreme attitude the entire time she was dealing with me, walked in looked at me, rolled her eyes went to get her mask(which she snatched off the counter by the way). Then Asked me what I needed. I explained to her that I ordered a pizza online for drive thru pick up and it wasn’t ready during the allotted time so I was told to park in the front and someone would bring it out to me. I told her I ordered the pizza 40 minutes ago, I arrive 10 minutes ago. She walks off without even saying anything. Pulls my order from the warmer and puts it on the counter. She mumbled something but I couldn’t hear her so I asked her to repeat herself and she just pushed the pizza box at me. She was typing on the computer didn’t say anything and pushed the pizza box at me again. I say she pushed it at me because there was no pushing it towards me. I asked her if it had even sitting there this entire time and she lies and tells me no it just came out. My thing is if it just came out and it was supposed to be brought out to me why was it in the warmer? I then called to speak with the manager and no one ever told even answered the phone. Read moreMy order number is 54267. I ordered four classic pepperoni pizzas crazy bread with crazy sauce, a two litter orange soda, and a two litter root beer soda. They ask me to park it would be a 15 minutes wait. I waited over 30 minutes. I went inside to ask about order. They apologized to me they told me they forgot to put in the order. I waited in my truck another 20 minutes then my order arrived. When I arrived home with my children we open pizza boxes and was very disappointed. They gave 4 boxes of pizza with the extra pepperoni. My children don't like to eat pizzas with extra pepperoni . This is not the first time this has happened to me and only at this location. I must of happened more than four times. I called multiple times to store to see if I could replace pizza. After many attempts they finally answered the phone I told them what happened. They put me on hold then hanged up on me. I tried multiple times to call back with no success. Some of the children are pizza and the rest I had to cook them a different meal. The store has failed to resolve this issue through out the many time I've had gone and ordered. I hope you could finally resolve the issue because I hate to drive out further from my house to go to different location to order my pizza. Some time I don't bother and decide to order Papá John's. I understand the store wants to up sale the pizza with extra pepperoni but that's not what our family likes and that's not what I ordered. Read moreOrdered from the parking lot at 6:35pm with a pickup time between 6:53-6:58pm. Instructions stated I would receive an email and text when ready. Because there were a lot of cars already in the drive-thru at 6:55pm I got in line while watching for the email and/or text. I finally got up to the window (drive-thru speaker was apparently out of order with note to pull up to the window) at 7:22pm and advised I had an online order. Watched as the employee went over to the holding oven and pulled my pizza out. No telling how long it had been finished and waiting. Had two Pepsi ordered but only one was cold so I had to take a warm Pepsi to complete the order. Even though I built my pizza as stuffed crust when I submitted the mobile app order it didn’t show stuffed crust and I didn’t catch it until I got home. Requested “well done” but didn’t appear well done. Almost 55 minutes after receiving my order and getting back home I still have not received the email or text telling me my order was ready. Unacceptable for customers to sit in the drive-thru , especially when someone places a build your own and sits at the window until the pizza is made and cooked.
