Golden Chick — Restaurant in San Antonio

First, I just want to make clear that this review is not about the food but about the very unprofessional customer service or lack of customer service that I received today. I've eaten at this location in the past and have noticed that not everyone but some workers are lacking in the service department, i.e., customer service. This time it was the worst I think, the person taking the order I guess was also the manager, at first was not taking the order but seemed like she was ordering me to place the order, that's the tone she had, or may be that's how she talk normally. Anyway, that's how it came out to me. I had gotten tender combo and when I got to the window I told the young man that I didn't want the gravy but instead wanted the ranch, which normally it would be a simple switch out, but instead the manager wanted her and my 5mins lecturing me to ask or to I form then at the time of the order because they have the order ready now. I said ok, but you didn't give me the choice if I wanted the gravy or any other sauce instead." To which she replied that the gravy is standard with it and is automatically given with the order and is also on the menu board. May be it is but I said if I was coming here for the 1st time and didn't know about the gravy and you didnt tell me anything abiut it that it comes with gravy or do you want aomething rlse, how would i k ow thay. We arrived at around 5:15pm, seeing that we eat fish on Fridays for Lent we decided to try Golden Chick which is closed to our house. We were VERY DISAPPOINTED, first it started with no one working the Front Register we stood there for about 2 to 3 minutes we finally asked the young lady that prepared the orders if someone was working the Register. Finally another 2 to 3 minutes a male person appeared and took our order. Disappointed again we asked for 2 meals of catfish with fries, and were told that the fish was still FROZEN and that we would have to order something else. We were given our soda cups, as I asked the male person for 2 straws for our drinks I was informed that he only had 1 straw and didn’t have anymore WOW!!!!!!. Then it even got worse another family walked in and the older Gentleman walked over to the Ice Cream and found that it was not dispensing ice cream. He asked a male worker who was working the drive through, who was getting some soda. Why the ice cream machine wasn’t working. The male worker noticed that the machine was out of ice cream so he went to the back and then return informing us that they were OUT of ice cream. We ordered through drive through pulling up to drive through was fine no one was there at all we were the only customers we wanted to look at the menu to see options since we have not been there in awhile manager ms b was taking the order she at first tried to take our order we asked for a minute she said I cant hear you all loud we pulled up asking again for a minute and still looking at menu a couple of seconds had passed she came back on the mic saying are yall even going to order or need getting something we felt very rushed ordered what we could we were not given options on what kind of pieces of chicken we got for our order when we finished ordering she was very short telling us to go to second window when we pulled up she was rolling her eyes and very short with us no one else was at the store and we asked her if drive through was timed when.
