Where do you leave a ZERO stars lol?? I never have any issues in any starbucks but today was really different. I went in this morning around 7:00-7:30 am and got the WORST service 👎. I always order my drinks with either light ice or NO ice because of my preferences and i always order trough the app, when i get there i go inside and see 2 drinks the are only halfway or probably not even half of the 16oz and 30oz of the cup which got me thinking and so i ask the lady are they done and she says yes and i look at them and i say something isn’t right so i ask the lady again can i get ice on them and shes like “It says no ice on here!” like yes I know and now im asking you if you could add some because i want ice on it now, whats the big deal?? 0 ethical and when i look down real quick she turned around and didn’t even let me finish. so I go around the drive-through because OF COURSE they always prioritize it like what about us other customers?? When i get to the window i aks whats up with my drinks why are they like this and she starts telling me how its a new policy like ok but genuinely i want to know why?? why would i get only half of my two drinks when im still paying for the full thing?? I tell ask her if she can please fill up my drink and she starts with the policy thing again like ok then she get her manager and i got TWO names ( Justine and Brenda) also the barista in the back was giggling like something was funny?? I still don’t understand why i need to get charged for wanting my drinks full when i had already payed for the whole thing, dont understand why starbucks app can’t specify what the drinks are going to come like when ordering with NO ICE🤷♀️🤷♀️🤷♀️. after she charges me she asks me to go park get off MY car and go get my drinks inside MYSELF!!( mind you the drinks were almost done, im guessing she just wanted me out of line for what??) 😒. REALLY RUDE!!! I asked her why should i move and she says because there are other cars behind me, I say No then she proceeded to call her manager and I also tell her manager No (mind you the cars in front of me did not have to move at all).as if i wasn’t a customer myself in the drive through!! Terrible experience i had today, therefore i will NOT be returning to this location and will not recommend to my known ones or anyone!! Read moreI cannot begin to explain my experience with this Starbucks location. I am a firm believer that there are angels roaming on this earth. And I believe that there are angels working at the Starbucks location. These beautiful women that work at this location, never fail to put a smile on my face. They listen to me when I am in distress, even though they don’t have to, but they do. Times where I didn’t want to smile, and I felt that the world was crumbling down on me. You think when you look at someone, you know their life story but you don’t you never know what someone is going through. These beautiful angels always make me feel special even when other people tell me that I’m not. Or when people tell me that I’m not beautiful. Or when people tell me that I’m not smart. These women always make sure that I know that I am. Thank you to each and every one of you for making my life better even when I don’t want to go to school on Wednesdays. I’m happy to go just so I could see you all. Thank you so much. I love every single one of you....
Read moreThis location has not even been opened for about a month and 2 different times that weve came were given the wrong drinks or they were made wrong. The person taking orders can never hear your order in the drive thru the 1st time and you have to repeat it because of the loud highway traffic. I'm currently in line right now through the drive-thru. Been waiting 30 mins to order. Multiple cars have left the line including ones that have ordered because of how long its taking. For a brand new location, this should not be happening. Better management is needed or this place is going to continue to get bad reviews. When we finally got to the window, the girl told us our order was not entered. She also said that it was only 2 of them...
