To whom may be concerned but Coming to this location is so not good the customer service is terrible no one is working with a smile not even friendly! The works don’t greet you as you walk in the staff is very rude! Making unnecessary comments shift leader talking on her cellphone also using fail language towards the employee etc not even wearing the correct work uniform wearing black leggings at this establishment as I look I don’t who is a manager or a team member to be honest but they should make customers there number one priority here at this place of business there to business doing a lot playing around cracking jokes etc here at this place of business! Behind the counters are dirty floors need to be swept and restrooms are needed to be cleaned up ASAP smells like garbage where the supervisor at over this location the cooked or not wearing glovers while making the customers food wow the heath inspector needs to stop ASAP the way this place is running store manager left 3 employees only while she left the store to go handle her personal business is what the young lady told me while she was working with no manger on duty like I said the supervisor needs to be at this location more often to help with training workers at this establishment the general manager is not setting a good example for the employees to lead wow I wish I could speak with someone higher then just the general manager! or the employees working here cause no one is helping the company at all god bless this location and the employees as well cause this location should honestly be shut down the way they are keeping up with this location. The people that work here have horrible attitudes towards the guests coming in here spending there money wow I see why this establishment don’t make that much business why isn’t no one concerned about how they are treating they customers!!! Came tonight after working a 12 hour shift hungry as hell. When I pull up, there’s a vehicle in the drive thru with its lights off and someone just hanging at the window. I proceed to the drive thru and she takes about 2 minutes to tell me she’ll be right with me. Mind you I’m the only one in the line. Then she makes me wait about another 5 minutes just to tell me they aren’t taking cash, only card. I drive off, as I felt as though they didn’t want my business, and she’s at the window laughing with the individual that was parked with their lights off. This was extremely lousy customer service. Read moreI was double charged reported to corporate (because the phone number for the restaurant always busy signal) corporate sees the double charged was contacted by district manager he told me to show manager I was double charged but manager say no I wasn't ( double charges on my bank statement and corporate seeing on their end I think the manager lied) it's been over a week since I first called corp. (It was on June 17 2025 between 1 and 4 pm in the drive through original charge was $62.73 but my bank statement shows 2 charges totaling $125.46) Aliso manager said corporate shouldn't even be involved that tells me the manager is incompetent and possibly a thief second call to corporate and again confirming there were 2 charges a minute apart I now think I should be refunded the total $125.46 plus $20. gas money plus $50. for the 2 hours for having to drive the 25 miles each way ( to be lied...
