Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in San Antonio

I strongly suggest that everyone avoid this location . It does not represent the brand or the name very well at all. I went there a few times and I now conclude that it's the culture there within the employees. Either they hate their jobs, or they have no idea what customer service is , or customer interactions means to the FACE of a business . ?

Destiny is always very rude and carry on conversations with other employees talking about personal business and not being attentive to you at all.

She is disrespectful in her facial expressions, has poor deportment and her body language is 100% foul.

I hope they read this and other reviews and conduct some in-service remedial training!

I will not go back to this Popeye's location again... Don't even bother wasting your time going there to get treated by the rude...

Absolutely no stars to this disgusting place. While ordering my food I over heard the manager that is on staff tonight 7/19/24 around 7:30pm tell the cashier “No, I am not dropping anymore blackened chicken” it wasn’t that they were out but simply the manager is so absolutely lazy that she did not want to make chicken. But don’t you work at Popeyes? You make chicken so make the chicken and stop being lazy. I will never return to this location. Please choose another location that actually has some sense of customer service. On top of the lack of customer service the food they had out was not fresh. Friendly staff on our visit but they were obviously very short handed with staff. Unfortunately, our food was lukewarm & tasted like it's been sitting for quiet sometime. The decor & sale props are very dusty & layered in dirt that surround the food counter & drink station. This store has potential but lacks attention to detail & is short staffed. It shows in how the food tasted this particular day. The truck station owneranager seriously needs to do a better job at arranging a better time (like OVERNIGHT) to have new flooring removed & installed instead of during regular business hours.
