Sept 22 - This place is a lot better. Would recommend getting food from here.

Do not order delivery. You will not get sauces. We delivered twice now. The employee actually laughed at our Dasher when he wanted to ensure we had our sauce as per the order, 3 sauces per 20 nuggets. No ketchup either. How does anybody eat nuggets without McDonald’s sauces? The employee lied and said the BBQ sauces were in the bag. Yes, these employees lie and it’s a management issue, it’s not the first time. No cheese on fish sandwich either.

Update 3 Jun 21: We ordered from here again and told ourselves to not have high expectations on the order. This place always had an issue with sauce. We would go there when we were out and about and get 1 or 2 items, and try to buy extra sauces at the same time. Lol. They would try to hose us on extra sauce when buying extra sauce as well.

On this delivery: We got everything we asked for and all the food was made as requested! 4 stars for now; we will see the next time on ratings. Consistently gets 5 stars!

Update 15 Jul 21: Writing this McDonald’s off. Have to give them 1 star just to post what a joke. Horrible service, inconsistent menu with app, keep driving to another McDonald’s. Double Cheeseburger no onion ketchup mustard. Large fry is a medium fry in a large carton. This place is the epitome of MCDOs.

I travel back and forth the SA DFW route via the 10 130 35 route several times a month and to say I frequent this stop at 10 and 1604 is accurate. Never had any issues ever. But today was bizarre for any McDonald's anywhere. Upon entry I was greeted by a young worker out front saying he could place my order at the new kiosk without going to the counter. OK. Order placed within 30 sec and receipt in hand order 781. " Time stamp" 2:04 pm. Keep that time on your notes. Stepping over to the side a young lady checked my ticket and said your order will be ready "in like 5 seconds" Well as you guessed it was all down hill from there. Fast forward to save my keyboard. A girl working the food bagging and distribution area turned around handed me my sandwich in no bag no napkins and turned around. Shocked to say the very least I left with my now melted ice in my iced tea. Time stamp 2:16 pm. 12 minutes to get $1 McDouble. In the car back on I-10 within 2 min open it up IT'S COLD !! How in the hell do you put any sandwich out the door in any disastrous situation cold.. I should have taken a picture of the 60 sec per order goal sign hanging on the wall. But I had expended enough resources "time" at this point. We walked in and no one was at the counter. We waited a few minutes seeing as they were probably busy. We decided not to wait and ordered at the kiosk. Also, it seemed like 3/4 of the store was having a district meeting there in the middle of the restaurant. One guy was going around cleaning and cleaning and cleaning the dining area. Come on, it's a tiny place, there wasn't much to clean! But I get it, look busy for the bosses. Clean so they think it's always immaculate in here. Someone dropped our food off and I noticed they forgot the sauces we ordered in the kiosk so I got up, waited at the front for five minutes and they told me to "hold-on" I told them I only needed sauce. I get back to the table & realize I never got my drink. My daughter got up and took a while. As we were getting ready to leave my daughter went up front again to place an order to go.
