Location is easy to access, right off 1604 and Braun. Clean interior, service was okay. We showed up when it was completely void of any customers, but two more tables filled after we ordered food. Egg rolls were okay. I wouldn't say the worst, but definitely okay at best. Innards of the egg rolls were a pasty consistency, but outside was crispy. Ordered the original beef pho (P1 on the menu). Large bowl with tons of broth. Was supposed to have beef tendons, but there were none. Beef had pre-cooked and re-heated texture. All other beef pho I have had in the past has come with the tendons and raw thin beef slices in boiled broth, so the beef cooks in the broth once placed in it. It was okay. I almost don't want to tell anyone about this place. But I definitely want it to be successful in order to come back. I walked in and it was very quiet. We sat down and they were right there to take care of what would be one of the greatest dining experiences I've had.
