**Atmosphere:** ⭐⭐⭐☆☆ **Service:** ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ **Cuisine:** ⭐⭐☆☆☆ Pho Fillet presents a modest dining atmosphere, with an interior accentuated by a lush array of green plants that offer a refreshing visual respite. However, the overgrown vines require attention to avoid potential pest issues, indicating a lapse in meticulous upkeep. Service at Pho Fillet is notably efficient, with prompt and courteous staff ensuring a swift dining experience. The waitstaff, while not particularly memorable, perform their roles with a satisfactory level of professionalism. The cuisine, unfortunately, falls short of expectations. The overall freshness and quality of the dishes are lacking, leading to a rather underwhelming dining experience. The fried spring roll, for instance, merits only a 4 out of 10, failing to impress with its bland flavor and subpar texture. While Pho Fillet's greenery adds a unique touch to its otherwise average ambiance and the service is commendable, the mediocre food quality detracts significantly from the overall experience. It stands as a restaurant worth a visit for those curious about its botanical decor, but not one that compels a return based on its culinary offerings.

Location is easy to access, right off 1604 and Braun. Clean interior, service was okay. We showed up when it was completely void of any customers, but two more tables filled after we ordered food. Egg rolls were okay. I wouldn't say the worst, but definitely okay at best. Innards of the egg rolls were a pasty consistency, but outside was crispy. Ordered the original beef pho (P1 on the menu). Large bowl with tons of broth. Was supposed to have beef tendons, but there were none. Beef had pre-cooked and re-heated texture. All other beef pho I have had in the past has come with the tendons and raw thin beef slices in boiled broth, so the beef cooks in the broth once placed in it. It was okay. I don't think I would come back here though. There are better places for the same price. Soft drinks are served as a can and glass of ice.

I’m very fortunate to live across the street from one of the best Vietnamese restaurants in town. I’ve been coming here for the passed 2.5 years now and have tried a majority of there pho bowls. From experience, it’s very hard to find a pho that is always made and served so fresh to the taste. And a perfect clean clear broth that is savory and doesn’t need anything extra. I could eat here several times a week that’s how good the pho is and all there meals are! The atmosphere is spectacular and the service is definitely 5 star!

I almost don't want to tell anyone about this place. But I definitely want it to be successful in order to come back. I walked in and it was very quiet. We sat down and they were right there to take care of what would be one of the greatest dining experiences I've had. The ambience was that of a relaxing bistro and definitely a place professionals could meet over a very impressive meal. The server was perfect on taking care of the delivery, presentation, and follow up of service. The food...in the top 1% of good food I've ever had. And even the kids wanted the information so they could make sure Uber eats would deliver. I wanted to tip so much and I tipped well. But I had to save some money so I...
