Management staff is highly unprofessional and consistently unavailable to address concerns/discrepancies. I attempted to cancel my membership back in November 2022 (I have the emails) and despite confirming they cancelled my membership I was still charged for December 2022 and January 2023. Eventually after unsuccessful attempts to reach anyone by phone, I went in person and spoke with a staff member who verified the email traffic from November and cancelled my membership on the spot. I’m still waiting to hear back from the owner about getting reimbursed but I’m not holding my breath. I get the impression that the 1604 location of Texas Muscle & Fitness LLC is a sinking ship and won’t be around much longer if it continues moving in the...

I’ll change this review when I actually hear from someone that works here or somehow get lucky and see them working at the gym. I signed up online about 2-4 weeks ago but work had me away for a bit so I never was able to go after signing up. Now I’m back and I just can’t seem to ever meet anyone that actually works here. Can’t get ahold of or anything. Do I just start going??? Don’t I need a door pass? Like how do I get out of this contract?? Because it’s not like I need people working there but I do need someone in order to get the things I need. So either tell me how to cancel and no longer get charged or maybe let me know when or if anyone is working so I can can get at least a door pass and make sure I’m not doing the...

I can’t say enough good things about this gym, the staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable and always there to motivate. The all access with your membership is second to none. The variety of equipment is perfect for any workout, for me I always feel like a gym should feel like a second home and a judgment free zone and this is what you’ll get with your membership here.
