I've been a loyal customer to Pizza Hut for a while now and can not stress how disappointed I am with this location. I bought a large double pep Tavern Pizza today, and it was horrible. The pizza was extremely overcooked. The peperoni crumbled in your hands. Every bite taken was like eating a crunchy chip that tastes like cardboard.
Gave this place a second chance, definitely not coming back EVER AGAIN!!
My pizza has a bite that was covered with pepperonis. Took it in to let the associate know that I was not taking this pizza home because it had a huge bite missing from the corner of the pizza. she tried saying that it was because of the cut. I told her how would that be possible if it's the corner piece! She then said she was the one who made the pizza and definitely didn't take a bite out of it, and it was from her removing it off the pan and she did not intentionally put the pepperonis to cover the bite. I asked for her to remake the whole order because I wasn't taking it she told me there was other orders in front of me that I would have to wait. She then handed over my order to a man who I am assuming is the manager. Told him something, he looked at the box and then walked off with it towards the back not even addressing me or saying that he was sorry for the inconvenience. I asked for my money back, and I was told that they don't do refunds by a lady sitting down at the register. One lady said yes we do and proceed to get my refund while the nasty lady sitting at the register had the nerve to ask if I was still getting my order with attitude. Of course I don't want another pizza made from this place that's disgusting! I told her no I don't I want my money back.

Read moreOk so i placed an order online, and with so many mistakes coming from this location is like why bother but like a dummy wanted to give them another chance hoping to get things correct. So it didn't come out the way i had wanted and after a bad night i was trying to see what went wrong on the order, only because the driver wasn't very helpful, he didn't even want to give me my receipt, I had to ask for it like it was money out of his pocket.. so there i was getting frustrated and all he said was i dont have time for this and said im leaving.. So of course that made the situation even more frustrating, then to find out the food was cold,, the driver didn't even take it out of the warmer bag, he had everything out of the bag so who to say he even had it in the warmer to begin with. So when my husband called to talked to the general manager at this location that our delivery was placed at. Not only was he very rude, but was snapping at my husband with attitude about why did he take so long to call and complain about the order. My husband told the GM that he had been trying all day and was either put on hold for more then 30 min or was told he wasn't available. So the Gm just kept asking why did he take so long and there is nothing he's going to do about it. The GM wouldn't even listen to my husband explain about the order. The driver was in the background saying I was b@tching about a soda, well first off i was mad about the soda but i was more frustrated with trying to pull the order history online. I never told the driver to stay or wait or anything of that matter. If that's the way your employees treat customers its like why would you want to dine at this kind of establishment. Read moreOn 12/15/2023 at the Pizza Hut at the 126 Goliad Rd Satx 78223 placed order at 8pm saw everyone being served but us by 845 my wife went up to the counter to see what was happening only for a rude employee name Kesha to not only address my wife as “hey” but was extremely rude laughing and in a sarcastic voice claimed our order is in the oven. At this point my wife and I wanted a refund and after multiple attempts (by Kesha) to contact the manager Jorge who was also very rude and not only failed to discipline his employee in instructing her to remain silent and not agitate the situation further but also allowed employee to continue her bad attitude and continued making sarcastic remarks. I don’t know what the standards for Pizza Hut is on not only getting an order on TIME or how an employee conducts their behavior by they need to go back to their policies procedures how they treat customers if they even have one. Since this is a independent Pizza Hut owned by the Ayvaz Pizza LLC #039230 I hope the you can take accountability for the rude employees you hire but also their poor execution of orders waiting over 40 min when order was to be done in 15 min by your employees information and website and having a very poor and weak management.
