Dom was fantastic for our Juneteenth event. We had about 160 people get fed catfish, meatloaf and ribs. The Mac and cheese, green beans and mashed potatoes were all excellent. Dom’s personality and passion were exhibited in his food and display. He was very timely with his responses and made our line go by super quick with the help of two others.
