Our Favorite RestBar😁 Take the kids for dinner and then come back and drink, live music, down home people with a Splash of Catholic College patrons 😉😉 if that's what you're in to. We love this place and have been going for years. The Bar Tenders can be a little busy during the lunch and dinner times, bare with them. Out back tiki bar is open on some Fridays and Saturdays. Always Sunday Funday in the back. Amy is an outstanding Wench and is friendly with absolutely everyone. She is usually accompanied by a vast loyal number of patrons that are more like close friends and family.. Dont waste your time. Waited at the not busy bar. 2pm. 3 bartenders and none said hi or offered a drink to me or my friend. Moved to table hopeful for service and saw a man stand exactly where we just left and get served within 30 seconds. Guess they have to know you, to serve you or it could have been the Patron one bar tender said they hid from the other one. Sadly, could not score beer, food, eye contact, head nod, nothing. For locals only and not new locals apparently. It was like we were invisible to the 3 staff members that was right in front of us. Service doesn't exist at all. I can remember the best burger I ever had but today, the patty melt I had here topped that. This place has incredible burgers! My wife opted for a Cuban sandwich. She, too, thought it was the best she ever had and she grew up in Miami! We shared our praise with the waitress. We learned the owner makes her own pork and corned beef (for the Reuben) and has been doing it for 25 years! The Cuban bread is baked by a small local bakery. You’re not getting fresher materials.

I’m not one to leave such a glowing review because everyone will go there and the secret will be out. But seriously, if you want a great burger or Cuban, come here. Don’t let the outside worry you….that’s the disguise of good down...
