This SBUX is hit or miss. Sometimes good, others like today (7/16/22), with SIX people on the floor, the service was horrible, slow, no greeting the four people that came in while i was there, and not even following proper beverage routine (hence why they’re so backed up). I had a Treinta PGTL w/ two scoops of Matcha. I watched the girl as she grabbed the cup, powered the items directly in (not the shaker), and then handed it off. Clumps of dry matcha at the bottom obviously. I asked if it was shaken (who knows, I may have missed it), and she says yes and that the matcha will sometimes do that. Sorry, I managed three SBUX stores before and not once did we have that issue (when they beverage is made correctly). Some serious retraining is necessary here. Or it could be a one off where the manager isn’t present. But definitely should be monitored because EVERY Starbucks experience should be great. Read moreI come here almost every morning for my favorite drink. Usually don't have a problem because I always go thru the drive thru. This morning the drive thru was to long so I went to inside (third time ever coming inside) when I walked in, I was the only one in line and the only one waiting for my drink to be made. As I waited, 6 cars got there drinks paid and drive off before I ever got mine. They had 1 girl making drinks, while 2 other guys standing around doing nothing and another girl sweeping. I recommend the girl for sweeping, keeping things clean. However I am highly disappointed in the service at this 1694/Braun store. It seems it happen every time I get my drinks inside. I was not happy customer at all when I left today and may not be back. It is ridiculous that 6 cars thru drive thru got there drinks before I ever got my 1!!!! I gave 2 stars because this place is clean but the service not even 1 star. Today was a test for this store ordered by the owner...
Read moreI frequent this Starbucks almost daily. The lack of consistency is mind boggling. My coffee is $7, so you can imagine how mad I am when they make it wrong or give me a hot chocolate in lieu of a venti quad shot white mocha like they did today. A $7 hot chocolate is unacceptable. We find ourselves either making a call for a future free (not free;what they owe/interest free loan) order remake and BS apologies. The drive thru line is always extremely long. It's not due to overwhelming customers wanting their service. It's because they are BSing inside and have no idea of how to make real Starbucks drinks.. I've validated this numerous times by getting down to skip the lazy line to see joking and chit chat occurring during the day!! It's no wonder it has so many bad reviews. Will go out of my way to avoid this Starbucks at all costs. Now they changed their number to a 1-800 # so you can't contact them...
