I went to this Subway on Dec24,2023 I ordered online. 2 footlong subs , husband picked up order; same order that we had 2 weeks prior. He gets gets home with food and I knew immediately just from the feel of the sandwiches that this was not going to be good. And I was right!!! The bread was rock hard did not come with all of the ingredients I had ordered to be put on the sandwiches. I couldn’t even eat the inside of the sandwich it was so bad. I called and spoke with a worker, no manager was on duty, I explained my disappointment in my order. He simply said…. It’s the holidays and we don’t have fresh bread. I told him there should’ve been a disclaimer on the website when I ordered that may be a possibility. I explained to him that just because it’s the holidays doesn’t mean the food product needs to be different from any other day. I asked him what can he do to rectify this situation? He said well, uhm and uhm mm the only thing I can do is give you a 6 inch sub!?!?!? I just said, never mind when would I be able to speak with management? He said she works the morning shift and gave me a false name. ( I later found out after speaking with the real manager ) whom I might say handled this situation exceptionally great!! She was very polite and apologetic for my inconvenience. Offered to remake my order in full at my convenience. I went in later in the day , took my receipt and ordered my BMT FOOT Long sandwiches. The young lady worker there was very nice and accommodating. I have never had any issues with this Subway prior to the 24th. They always have fresh food and are always nice and professional. Read moreCame here two days in a row because my son was down the street for track meets and needed food after school. First day I ordered online to pick up. Got there and no one was there! Door locked. Called and no answer. Finally, the workers pulls in with kids in the car. She gets out, unlocks door and makes the food. Very strange.
Second day two people were working. While ordering and waiting, I realized how dirty the place was. Don't think mopping or cleaning the window food cases is on their to-do list. The cookie box is scary. Not only dirty for the outside, but the cookies look old, stale, and greasy. From the first day to the second, nothing changed in that cookie box. Read moreThe person that made my sandwich had weird contacts and a couple of piercings tattoos according to my generation she would be considered weird but I never judge anyone cause we are all humans that need each other. However she happened to give me the best service and she engaged me immediately upon entering the store. I used to work at a very prestigious hotel so I was trained on efficient customer service. And I just want to acknowledge this young lady who actually had a conversation with me as she made my order. One of the great keys to getting people to come back to your establishment where there's competition is service and friendliness.
