Will not ever go to this Taco Bell again. Multiple issues, but the last one with the “manager” did it. My wife and I ordered delivery through the Taco Bell app. When it was delivered 3 of our 9 items were missing, and 2 of the 6 things we did get were wrong. We drove up there thinking he (the manager) would replace our food. Nope. I told him what was missing, and when I said I ordered through the Taco Bell app he immediately interrupted and said, “Oh, you ordered through the app… I can’t help you. Call the 1-800 number in the app. Have a good night.” Stunned, I replied… “but I didn’t order through, like, DoorDash or Uber Eats. I ordered through the Taco Bell app.” To which he tried to make some analogy about Air Jordan’s, but I politely responded with, “Look, I’m not concerned about a shoe analogy and comparison… I ordered TACO BELL through the TACO BELL app. Then TACO BELL employees prepared and bagged my food. So you and your TACO BELL employees left out 1/3 of my dinner.” He picked the bag up off the counter, handed it back to me, and said, “I can’t help you. Goodbye.” When my wife tried to intervene, he said, “Of course you would defend her and her being rude… y’all are “together.” Like I told her, I can’t help you.” He turned and walked away. We left. So, I go to the Taco Bell app that, according to him, is a different entity than a Taco Bell restaurant, and found 1-800-TACOBELL in the Taco Bell app. Which is only available M-F 8A-5P, and this happened on a Saturday evening. We gave up on obtaining the rest of our dinner. About a week later, we went to the Taco Bell on O’Connor. My wife started telling the manager there about our experience. The manager at O’Connor asked, “Is it the Taco Bell on Perrin Beitel? The manager is a guy and tall and skinny?” When she replied “yes”, he said he unfortunately gets a lot of complaints about him and his store, and he knew exactly who we were talking about. He even offered to replace the food we never received, but we declined and told him it wasn’t about the food… It’s about the absolutely horrendous service we received and the way we were treated. Unfortunately, through research, we found that this is a franchised location and not run by Taco Bell corporation, so I feel like not much will be...
Read moreI don't know how this restaurant is during the day, but at night was different type of professionalism. I will explain, the only true professional of that night was this tall young lady, and she's the reason I am giving 4 stars. This young lady was doing everything alone, with 4 other guys there not helping her at all, out at their cars talking, and on the company phone, when she needed help, if you're a team be a team. It was after 11pm so it ain't no business conversation on the phone, on a saturday, now if the establishmentwas closed with no customers waiting, I could understand, but that wasn't the case.. You lead by example, becauseyou never know who is watching you. Its unfortunate that everyone in leadership role isn't fit to lead, and if I can see that, how many other customers can see that as well. To the young lady, you were doing a great job, and thank you for your...
Read moreThe service is alright during the day. After 10 o'clock, you can pretty much expect at least a 15 minutes wait.
Service & quality is as expected for Taco Bell. That is to say, friendly sometimes, otherwise downright rude & good enough fodder as long as you do not categorize this as any kinda real Mexican food.
Unfortunately, they're rates of getting the orders wrong is impressively high. This includes orders that are only 1 to 2 items. Somehow, I would not be shocked if they did it on purpose. Out of the several sudden times I have been here over the years, I can count on one hand the times they actually got mine or our orders completely correct.
Unacceptable and my patronage take should reflect this. Grievously, this is one of like two options within a few mile radius after 11 PM for affordable fast food. So the time is, do not leave until your order has...
