Blanquita's Mexican Restaurant #2 — Restaurant in San Benito

My aunt invited me for breakfast this past Friday 30th. I admit my plate was good. However, what I witnessed and heard was disgusting. A elderly lady who was eating across from us was about to bite into her food when a long strain of hair was dangling from her fork. She called the owner over and showed it him. He took the strain of hair and took it to the back to notify his staff. I assumed she was going to be compensated for her meal. She continued eating but we notice when she picked up another fork of food. There was another long strain of hair. We made eye contact and I told her not to eat the food and to return it back. A waiter came to our table and I notified him what we had witnessed. He politely said she would be compensated. Whenever something like this happens they get compensated. Not to worry. We waited for the lady to finished her food and she walked up to the register. She told the owner that there was another hair on her plate and he refused to listen to her and charged her full price. Beware: ⚠️ Don't let your elders eat alone. Something like this could happen to them. It's sad he didn't care to listen to her, give her another plate or a discount🤮 This is outright...

It's good that some dishes are better than others. I did enjoy this weekends dish. What I like about this place it don't matter the time of day they still serve breakfast. I'm not a morning person, but when I feel like breakfast, I know for sure they will have it. So that is a plus from me. I think they did hype the prices a bit more just FYI. It was expensive for my breakfast, like $10.66 for eggs, a little barbacoa beans, potatoes, and 1 flour tortilla. Our total was $32.00, so yes, pricey. Think about it.

Omg I'm glad I was scrolling through maps and came abt this restaurant and chose it. I'm so glad I did go to drive threw 1st time here, and I was amazed how they have good breakfast tacos that Taco Loco is delish and plenty. They ain't shysty with the food. The gentleman, a young lad who took my order, was very courteous and had great customer service. I will return he did mention one closer to my home, and I was not aware but will give it a shot. But for sure, this location in San Benito I will return this time dine in. Thank you for your hospitality. Ima...

I went today after my son's appointment, didnt start off with a great morning...you know relationships aren't easy...marriage isnt easy...lets just say that..My son was already fussy because the doctors took so long to call on him..so he was hungry..he ended up spilling his drink and his shorts got wet and I didnt have a spare pair in the backpack...usually I do...unfortunately I had to get my food 'to go' while im getting ready to put everything together so we can leave my son is screaming his lungs out.because i was telling him to stay still so that a waitress doesnt trip over him with food in their hands..and I suffer with anxiety..I think everyone does.. I just felt like I was in a spotlight...im very hard on myself...the owner was very kind to talk to me about life..I appreciated the advice and hospitality and kindness. He also paid for my tab and I cant thank you enough.. I hope you read this..I also appreciate the other kind gentleman for offering to pay for my tab...thank you for being kind 🙏 I also love the...
