Yo Mama Bubble Tea — Restaurant in San Benito

Today my friends and I decided to go to this place to celebrate a special event and were met with a terrible experience. Our server gave my friends and I wrong drinks, and on any other day I’m sure this issue could have been resolved easily, but when the owner themselves come and become very disrespectful to someone who paid a good amount I would at least hope to have gotten an apology, not even a remake, just an apology, only to be met with rudeness. They berated us saying that we were the ones at fault since they have a ticket system to follow “order” but they themselves being at fault when the server themselves brought our drinks to US. As a server myself in the past , there is always a system for when a wrong order was misplaced with an apology, but this was just unprofessional on their part by raising their voices at us and putting blame on customers who only wanted to enjoy their drinks. As well as from a bit of reading in these comments , these issues have happened in the past with same experiences and no form of accountability or satisfaction guaranteed. For anyone reading this I recommend you save you’re money and find a replacement for you’re delicious food craving to a place that actually cares about their customers and keeps a level of professionalism...

Honestly some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced, along with the widest variety of flavors/ customizations for a tea establishment that I’ve seen. I ordered a coconut boba tea w/t almond milk, but I chose too high of a sweetness level for my own liking so I went back to the register and ordered a different drink (ombré blue boba tea) with a lower sugar percentage. I sat outside to drink my new drink, and the owners daughter (gabby I believe?) came out and asked if there was anything wrong with the first drink I ordered. I said that I added too much sugar, but the drink was otherwise delicious. She came outside with a brand new re-do of the drink I initially ordered with no questions asked and wanted to make sure I was happy with my experience. It was the sweetest thing ever. Great service and drinks!! The inside is extremely clean and nicely decorated as well....

I love yo mama! The workers are so nice extremely helpful even with the extensive menu they have. The girl with the curly hair in the front recommended a drink one day and it’s been my favorite since. Mango & papaya milk tea with coconut jellies. It’s like drinking the milk after you eat fruity pebbles. They even put it on the menu as Adams Milk tea!

The atmosphere of yo mama is very inviting and it’s so easy to see how so many people can sit in the lobby for hours on end conversing with friends and/or studying.

I would definitely recommend this place to anyone in the area or even from surrounding cities willing to make the drive. You will absolutely not regret it, it is worth...
