JC Wing Company / Famous Original Louie's New York Pizzeria — Restaurant in San Benito

Awesome place to hang out. Cold beer and good food. Yet there have been a few mess ups when we go, but we eventually get over it and decide to go back. Except, on Saturday night 05/16/2020. We walked in, myself and two other friends, luckily we got a table since there are all those rules with the pandemic going on. So we sit order our drink order, then minutes later our food order. We wait awhile and my friends food arrives at the table. He'd asked for not so crispy bacon, guess how it came back? The guac and chips he'd ordered weren’t even prepared correctly, it just as if they cut up the ingredients and tossed them in the bowl. His girlfreinds wings were really hard, the crispy part/the breading of the wing was hard, as if they'd either been sitting there awhile and reheated them in the microwave so they'd be hot or they'd been thrown in the fryer again to make them hot enough to serve. Moments later Noemi comes back and has a side of curly fires, I'd ordered a giant slice of pizza with three wings and a side order of curly fries, i thought they were mine so i took them, yet my friends girlfriend never got hers. after noemi takes a drink order for another table she passes by and asks if we are okay we say yes, at this point my friends are halfway done with their food and i have yet to get mine. I didn't say anything because she looked at me and realized i didn't have my food and said Ill check on your order, or something along those lines. she leaves and later the gentleman john passes by from giving a table their drinks, we call him to our table and send back the guac. Later noemi passes to take the food order of the other table, i have yet to get my food and by this time my friends are almost done with theirs. we'd already heard the little bell they ring twice. she passes our table and i ask her to just cancel my order and give me another drink. my freinds are done with their food and she has yet to come back with my second drink. I get up to try and cancel the drink and cash out, there is two guys there debating on how many buckets to buy. I see the guy John in the back pacing and sees me and comes up to the counter, he asks if I need help and I say I just want to cancel my drink and cash out they took forever since they were still helping the bucket guys, so I sit back down. Moments later Noemi comes back and hands me a receipt and says the second drink will be free, didn’t charge the food, and will only charge me for the first drink. Time passes my friends are done and she has yet to come back. I get up and so does my friend so we can just cash out and leave. I tell her to cancel the second “free” drink and cash me out. At this point she’s helping me, my friend is next to me then the guys about the bucket are next to him. She proceeds to cash me out and I go sit and wait for my friend. My friend finally comes and says she skipped him and went straight to help the other guy about the buckets, like really? I understand it was only one server but man it was a big mess up. If a customer you’re helping can’t make up their minds tell them you’ll be right back to help them and get on to the next customers. Especially if the table before them has yet to receive something they’d order before them. I will eventually go back I just hope the customer service and the serving of the food is fixed. This is a really great place and I make complains or reviews, I just hope this encourages to get something fixed so this experience doesn’t happen again, because I really like...

First time here and my last. I was not impressed at all. Pizza was terrible and sloppy made. Obviously, they are not the original owners from when it used to be in Brownsville downtown, then on fm 802. The only thing is they kept the name. But as far as the food nope, I disliked it. And it was a burnt hard pizza not appealing nor tasty. The girl didn't know anything when I asked questions about another pizza, so I got stuck and ordered the meat lovers. Well, it was a bad call. The otherslice was Mediterranean, and that one was bland. I mean where is the cheese yall, everything was dry on that pizza was the worst not even fresh was it sitting on the counter all that time and shoved in a microwave because that's what it was like. I am not going back if I could. I'd give a NO star, but if you go to drink well, that's the only thing I guess they can't mess up. Unless they give the wrong order. As far as food, nope, no second chance, so forget it. Don't waste time, guys, unless...

I love this place!   Ya'll have the best pizza in The Valley (in my opinion).  The wings are the icing on the cake! Today,  however,  the service was EXTREMELY poor.   We ordered and received our drink order... then were ignored for the next 25 minutes as other customers who arrived AFTER us got their orders taken.   That REALLY upset us.   When my boyfriend went up to pay for our drinks.  The other server had to ask our server if we were her table.  Seriously???  We stuck out like sore thumbs! I actually found this business unlocked once (I didn't know they were closed,  Google showed open hrs).  I called San Benito PD and waited for them to show up because I didn't want anyone to break in/take merchandise. I don't like giving bad reviews... but this was unacceptable.  Have more servers on Fridays/ Saturdays. I guess I'll have to order take out next time.   I wonder how long...
