McDonald's — Restaurant in San Benito

Bad experience I order online and this is the second time they have message up on my order . First time it was cold and forgot my sauces but I didn’t complain thought maybe someone was having bad day but it’s very unprofessional of them doing it again. I came in and order online again my food was so cold my chicken sandwich was so cold and my nuggets were so hard as rock almost choke on one because I couldn’t chew it of being so hard and then to top it off fries were cold and so salty . I told the lady in the front if I could please have fresh nuggets because my nuggets were so hard like rock and the lady next to her gave me ugly look and walk away with them . They didn’t tell me anything but I sat down to wait I wait longer then 20 minutes and half the line that was in the dine was already gone and I was still sitting down waiting patiently. I don’t recommend anybody to come eat a late snack or dinner here the staff don’t acknowledge the customers as they come in and don’t not seem to care about customers needs . So I go to purchase a coffee and the wait time is long the server at the window charges for my coffee after explaining that I have enough points for a free large iced coffee. She says the code i gave her from my app is for points only I told her ahead of time that I would using my points for a free drink qhile giving her my code and she still charges me. We go back and forth on the points and free drink. As I'm trying to get across my point very politely she looks at her coworker and rolls her eyes. I do mention there was no need for the attitude and she says she was not giving me attitude nor rolling her eyes. I move up to the next window and ask to speak to the manager and explain what happened. She apologized and returned the money that had been charged to my card. This is the first time I've ever been to this particular McD's in Brownsville and I was actually impressed. The service was phenomenal! Especially considering we visited around 2:45am, and even though I know that there is at least two workers, for safety reasons, it seemed like there was only one. A female in her early to mid 20's, who answered the drive-thru window with a bright, cheery disposition. Afterward we placed an order with multiple variations from the standard, and it was quickly completed with 100% accuracy. The entire time lapse from order to reception was 5-7 mins. I would give this location 5 stars but the curb around the drive thru is too narrow for even a small compact vehicle like a Nissan Versa.
